Sadly I would agree with the reviews here. They charge a massive amount and when there is a bug or you need support its really poor. The waiting times are terrible and many of the support advisers cant really help.
Poor support and old technology for an exorbitant price each month which continues to escalate exponentially.
I hope AI can replace it all soon. The management doesn't even care about these reviews like most organisations. Enough advisers are paying the subscription and are effectively stuck with them.
Unbelievably complex system with duplicative terminology. Instead of making advice process simpler it now takes 3,sometimes more actions to do what I used to do in one. Additionally the system is "so intelligent" it can't even remember that I have already said yes to the question " existing pension plan ?"
Technical support who can't be bothered
yet againAnother instance of technical support not being bothered to talk to you, all they do is send you off to the community and look at some video because they can't be bothered to talk to you, the subtext here is probably because their staff don't know what they're talking about and can't be bothered to navigate you to where you need to be much easier to just say go away and look at the video, and then surprise surprise the cases closed not resolved not dealt with but just closed because it looks good on their figures
