The drop off was a t Gatwick airport . I had to call the guy like 2-3 times but i got it dealt with . I paid the ticket 8£ and off i went . On my way back i called them like 10 times no one would pick up . Finally he answered. He asked me to go to south terminal instead of north terminal where i landed . Anyway i asked him he will come cos i was travelling with a baby . He told me is gonna be 20£ extra charge on top cos is after midnight drop off .land was nowhere mentioned when i first booked it . After a 40 min wait I he guy showed up . The car was in pristine condition on the handover .i couldn’t recognise it at first . Dirty everywhere, like someone been shoveling dirt at it . But that wasnt all . Inside was 10 times dirtier than outside . Ive found some clothes that they dont belong to any of us . The baby seat was all moved and dirty . At this point 100£ down for a full valet. I did a photo of the odometer and ive found out they put 400 extra miles ok the car and a half tank gonne . I asked the driver he said he got no clue he just a driver . He even advised me to avoid them if i ever fly again . I swear to god i got no words . I noticed like 2-3 small scratches today on it also cos was night flight . All i can say is i would walk myself to the airport from Central London to gatwick instead of using them again . Its disgusting that they allowed to operate and scam people . And please guys whoever thinks to use them just read all other reviews if u dont believe on mine . And the worst thing is u got nowhere to complain or nothing . Avoid tbem no matter what . Worst company ever that can exist in the whole world.

When booked was advertised as Executive parking Gatwick with five star reviews turned out to be Ipark. Totally unprofessional, rude long wait for car on return - was given a ticket to to leave airport having been told by the driver that all was paid - unfortunately not when we got to the barrier. Also had to pay fee when leaving the car even though confirmation said included all fees! Several people at airport in same boat and worse for others dropping off worried about missing their flights as no-one there to collect their vehicles. Spoke to Gatwick on exit and they said this happens all the time with fees not paid etc with this operator I wonder why Gatwick Airport allows this company to trade there as it appears they are rogue operators !

I called the number provided and I just kept being told the car was on the way and when I told them i was left to pay the fee, he denied this dispite the email confirming this was included.
Unprofessional, shoddy and criminal
Unbelievable. Absolutely criminal organisation. Reading some of the other reviews we got off lightly but they were still unprofessional, uncontactable and we waited 45 minutes for our "meet and greet". We also had to pay the exit fee from the short stay car park both on arrival and departure which made it in total more expensive than many better companies. Taking it to trading standards now as they deserve to be shut down.
Dreadful experience- unprofessional…
Dreadful experience- unprofessional outfit, complete cowboys. All you get is lies when you ring them. We had a 3 hour wait as they lost our car keys, didn’t know where my car was. Had to ring police as it didn’t appear that they had my car. After telling them we were ringing the police the car keys were found but still took another hour of ringing them for the car to be delivered. Just dumped it in a different level to that arranged, left the key on the wheel and parking ticket on dashboard. Rude and unsympathetic.
It seems to be that you can no longer book with them on parking sites or their website but I worry that they will just continue doing what they are doing under a different name. Can’t believe comparison parking sites were using them. BEWARE.
Since writing this review I have received a £100 parking charge for my car at 16:32 when I was already abroad. They drove my car without my permission back to the south terminal car park and went over the 30 min paid for). Also I was told that it had been parked 1 mile away whilst I was abroad yet it had done 22 miles - I don’t therefore know how many times they used it to go to and from the airport. I’m assuming 10 extra trips. I’m fuming 😡
Shambles of a company

Made a complaint, was promised a refund and since then (a few weeks ago) I've have heard nothing despite co tacting them multipme times.
Absolute shambles of a service that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The car was returned full of mud & dirty! They racked up 30 miles in our car! We were told car was kept in a gated compound 2 miles away which was clearly a lie! The number we were given to call to collect car at 2am was not answered!!!! We called over 50 times & it just said Gif Gaf mailbox full! Another family who waited 3 hrs to get their car back gave us another mobile which we finally got a response! Terrible experience! This company also use compareairportparkings.co.uk and Iparkgatwick.co.uk DO NOT USE!

I booked airport parking at Gatwick and had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. It was extremely difficult to contact the company using the telephone number provided - while travelling to the airport to let them know about arrival and while away on holiday when I needed to notify them of a change to my arrival time as well as upon my return. In total, I made over 50 calls, only to be met with a recorded message asking me to leave a voicemail, followed by the message: "Oops, mailbox is full, call back later."
When I eventually managed to contact someone upon my return, I was forced to wait a further two and a half hours for my car to be delivered.
The experience before departure was equally concerning. I initially parked in the designated car park as instructed, but then received a call asking me to move to a different car park. A person claiming to be the driver appeared, but he provided no identification, no receipt, and simply took my car keys. This left me feeling extremely uneasy and resulted in an anxious holiday, as I genuinely worried whether I would see my car again.
The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service was unacceptable. I would not use this company again and would strongly advise others to consider alternative parking providers.

Booked through compare your parking. Followed the instructions to call ahead 30 mins in advance. No answer and just rung to voicemail or didn’t ring at all. Arrived, kept ringing and after 45 mins from initial ringing and no answer and speaking with other customers who were waiting we decided to head to the long stay car park. We weren’t filled with confidence when we turned up to the meeting point to see notices from sussex police stating that parking fraud was common and to be vigilant. Made all the more fun as we were with a 4 month old.
We also spoke to a customer who was there to collect their car and had to stay overnight as they were left stranded without their car from the day before.
A compete horror show. Avoid these guys if you want to avoid stress and fraud.
I’ve raised a complaint and expect a full refund plus the cost of the short stay while waiting and the long stay we used as an alternative.

stole a pedestal fan from my car whilst in their possession. Only people to have my car keys whilst I was away. Once reported to them wriggled out of it saying they weren’t responsible as per a clause in their terms. Did this give them the right to steal anything they like from peoples cars???? Don’t think so. Very hard to get the message across more than the other reviews, but what a disaster. Drop off was fine, but upon return followed procedure, then it was "we have lost your car" "we are looking for your car" "we have found your car but we have lost the keys" This went on and on, we got the car back SIX HOURS LATER.
Avoid iPark at all costs
Please avoid this company. A security guard patrolling Level 5 (Car Park 6, North Terminal, Gatwick) said iPark are very unreliable and to always check operators reviews before booking. He directed me to the NCP office in case the driver didn't turn up. He did after 5 phone calls and was 45 mins late so a £16 charge in the Short Stay plus £8 on arrival. I was so concerned by reviews on this website that I booked an earlier trip back to Gatwick in case I was stranded. I called over an hour before I arrived to collect my car and found it returned but the key was left on the wheel arch with no text, or call to let me know this. At this stage, I was just glad to have my car but will never use this company again.

They will ask you to drop your car off a one of the short stay car parks, and then charge you the £8.00 to get your car out and then they will take it to their parking area. This is on top of the price you pay to start with.
They will then return your car to the same car park, so you have to pay £8.00 again.
My flight was one that arrived just after midnight. There was no one there to receive us. My car was parked, with the key left on a wheel and the doors not locked.
When I went out the next day when I was at home to find a lovely dent and scratch across the front.
I emailed straight away and asked for our £16.00 back and explained about the damage........Nothing received back.....Sent again.......nothing.
It also says very clearly there will be no extra charges to pay, just your initial payment, fibbers.

I only clicked 1 star because there wasn't 0!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Spent 5 hours from 11pm to 4am waiting for my car to return in the multi storey. Nobody answers, nobody cares, cars are stored miles away and lots of other people waiting had cars returned damaged, dirty and used. Disgusting. Reported to the police.

Waited over 2hrs and was continuously lied to about when our car was going to be delivered, We eventually had to get a cab to where our car was being parked in order to collect it. DO NOT USE either iparkgatwick or compare parking deals as they are both a pile of S**T and a total rip off.

Very serious issues on a late night arrival at Gatwick South. Phone going to voicemail incessantly. When finally answered I was told it would be an hour, rather than the 25 minutes advertised. Upon arrival at the drop off area in the Short Term car park, we met about a dozen or more people, all waiting for their cars to be delivered. It transpired that there was just one driver working at this time, meaning waiting times of several hours. It was then discovered that some cars were appearing at a lower level with keys left on the front tires. Eventually, I and 3 other victims, got a lift with a driver of a newly arrived car to the Best Western Hotel, 9 minutes away, to retrieve our cars. He admitted to not possessing a UK driving licence or insurance! On arrival we found the police had been called to assist. Some of the cars had been misused, smelt of food and smoke. One poor victim found his car in the short term car park, never having been moved. His keys never appeared and he had to get his family in a taxi home and faced a bill of several hundred pounds when he finally gets back with spate keys to get his car.
Obviously avoid this company at all costs!!
