I was looking for a ‘unique’ piece of furniture for a long awaited revamp to our living room and found Iris Furniture online. The piece I wanted was bespoke and after several emails with Charley I made an order . As the piece was being made for me the lead time was longer than expected. On chasing this I was introduced to Kris .. who couldn’t have been more obliging. Kris kept me updated and made it personal. He even arranged for me to borrow a piece of furniture in the interim. He went above and beyond and seemed genuinely as excited as I was when the item was delivered just before Christmas. I even got to meet his wonderful children.
My item .. a black & white bone inlay sideboard is beyond beautiful and everything I was hoping for. I would 100% buy from Iris Furniture again 🖤

Iris Bespoke Furnishings is one of the best companies I have worked with. I had an enormous design project in Southern Spain, riddled with complicated issues, and it was stressful at the best of times - Charley and her team at Iris were always calm, professional and helpful. They just made everything easier and everything better. Their customer service is something to be immensely proud of in an age when people just don’t seem to want to help anymore.. and where the computer always says no. The tiniest detail can make a huge difference to a vested client and Iris was always understanding, helpful and obliging- they always delivered. And the products themselves? Quality pieces, designed to fit, and utterly, stunningly beautiful. Thank you so much for helping to make my project so special. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you. 🙏🏼

Beautiful unique bone inlay cabinets.It was a long wait due to transportation delays -but worth it.I was kept updated and I will not hesitate to buy from Iris again

Bought few items of Mother of Pearl furniture on line. Communication and updates were excellent. Quality of furniture is very high. Delivery team were super friendly. Iris Furnishing furniture and service highly recommended.

It is run by a friendly and highly communicative team. (Even when their staff are on holiday).
I bought a superb bone inlay dining room dresser, which looks fantastic in situ. Super stylish, beautiful quality. I have been purchasing both Mother of Pearl and Bone Inlay furniture from them for years now and will continue to do so.

I had been searching for a particular style of furniture at an affordable price for some time when I came across Iris Furnishing . Well what can say found the most beautiful piece! Ordering was simple and communication with the company was faultless. The two guys who delivered it and even took it up my narrow stairs were extremely helpful .
I then contacted Charley as I was searching for additional matching handles and nothing was too much trouble , he sourced them for me and they were sent to me in the post .
100% happy with the service and my purchase and would not hesitate to buy from again .

Bought a lovely beautiful wardrobe, unfortunately did not fit in the lift. The 2 gentleman kindly bought it up to the fourth floor with care (it was very heavy!) and still made the effort to put all the shelves into the wardrobe and place in the correct place. Great customer service too and fast delivery.

Great service from Iris furnishing, made an appointment to visit the Eastbourne warehouse, Charley and Chris were very accommodating, happily opening endless boxes to view many lovely products. So hard to choose but settled on a mirror and cabinet, which look fab. Best selection of inlay furniture in very wide range of colours with great service.

Absolute delightful quality crafted furniture, unique in style, the company are helpful and communicative, this was my second purchase this year and I asked for something a little different? and to my surprise the answer was yes!

Purchased 2 cabinets from them which are absolutely stunning. We could not be more pleased with them. The service we received from Phil was top class. He was very attentive, helpful and efficient. Communication was very good throughout the whole process and delivery went without a hitch with them arriving very well packaged.

Couldn’t be happier with the service and amazing chest of drawers. Charley was a great help finding exactly what we were after. I emailed after finding the Iris website but not the exact colour combination and size I needed and Charley came back to me with just the right style. He was quick to respond to all my queries and organized delivery within a few days. The delivery team were also brilliant, they delivered all the way to the spot I wanted and gave great care advice too. I’ve already ordered my next piece!

I ordered two mother of pearl inlay bedside chests and could not be happier. They are beautiful, to the point where I have found myself staring at them several times..! I was surprised with the speed of delivery and the communication with Iris was speedy and helpful.

I sent in an email enquiring about inlay furniture and Charley fixed up an appointment for me to see them at their Eastbourne warehouse. Ben met us at the warehouse and was very helpful in showing us around. We picked a beautiful midnight blue chest of drawers with mother of pearl inlay work. The piece was delivered the very next day to our home and installed in the room we wanted. Overall a wonderful experience and we are very happy with our buy.

I ordered a bespoke inlay desk which arrived as promised today. It is stunning. Charley was in touch throughout to keep me up to date with progress and I am delighted with this beautiful piece of furniture that will become a family heirloom.
