Great service and excellent products. Our order was out of stock, but it was worth waiting a month for it as we didn't have to pay a ridiculous extra amount for P&P to an IV postcode. Will definitely use IFY again!

You can always tell an excellent company apart from others when things don't go quite to plan.
I ordered some hinges which from the description should have been a match to the ones I was replacing, unfortunately the holes did not line up and I had to return them.
The return process was straightforward and I am advised I will get a full refund.

Great piece of kit it's the second one I've had always recommend it to friends, ironmongery direct were the cheapest I found when pricing for a new one and as always delivered the next day great service.
