Ordered EPSON PX720WD at 5pm on Tuesday, only paid standard delivery charge but still delivered Thursday afternoon.
Cheapest price I could find anywhere too.
Will use again and would recommend to anyone.

Have used before - will use again.

Initially refused my order as I had asked them to deliver to a different address to the invoice address. Then had to wait in a queue for 1hr to speak to someone to resolve, was told I would receive a call back, never did.
Called again and was told there was nothing I could do and they would not complete any order from me as I was potentially a fraudster. Even though the company trading address and registered address is on our website.

USELESS

Had been looking for new netbook and IT247 had great deal on a new Toshiba NB250-108. Ordered it at 1pm on December 30th and it duly arrived the next day - and i didn't pay for next day delivery!!
As a society we are always quick to criticise bad customer service, so i feel it's only right that good companies are praised for great service.
Well done i will definitely be using this company again.

Placed order on website, website showed lots of units in stock and available. Paid £10 for next day delivery, items didnt arrive, phoned and was told item wasnt in stock! Absolute bunch of con men, avoid at all costs!

While I have breath in my body will use IT24/7, ordered PC before the next day cut off and in stock web site stated "52 in stock" and paid next day as I needed a Pro PC urgently, next day nothing phoned CS, promised me the delivery the next day. Next day nothing, online status awaiting stock. going to have to drive round locally and pay through the nose for a box with a pro OS on it. Should be good fun trying to get a refund, can't wait.

Good price for laptop and very fast delivery

I placed on order for next day delivery and the following day their website told me it was out of stock and wouldnt be delivered for 2 weeks! I called to cancel the order and they seemed fine about it. However later that evening they went on to take the full amount from my bank account and now they claim the item is dispatched via standard delivery. I no longer want or need it as after cancelled I had ordered elsewhere. Customer service act friendly but dont seem to have a clue whats going on! Now trying to get my money back!

Further to my previous e-mail, a new rating to reflect the fact that not only do they lie, but neither do they give a refund. After more than two weeks I'm still waiting. They took the money out of my account within 24 hours, so they can shake their assess when it comes to getting money out of you, but not quite as motivated when it comes to retuning it.
Would never use this company again, you're a damn fool if you do.

This company refused to accept my order saying they thought I was a business (which I am not). Even though the goods were ordered with a personal credit card to a residential delivery address. I suspect that they did not have stock even though their web site said they did. Do not trust this company.

Product undelivered. Tracking number never provided even when asked. Emails and phones never answered. Money refunded after 4 weeks of daily follow ups. Considering I was buying for business and they let me down, 1 star is way too generous for this company.

I've dealt with it247.com 4 times now. 3 were uneventful ( in a good way ) i got what I wanted at a good price and the delivery was next day even though I paid for the slow boat. The last purchase i made was also uneventful ( in that the courier lost the parcel ) typically this was urgent and I had paid for next day. I was a bit peeved that I had to email them but they did ring me back and helped find out where my router was. (They told me the fastest way to get me the item I wanted was to send another - and refund the 1st one. I wasn't sure about this at first as it did mean I had to pay twice - but they told me that since I'd used a credit card I wouldn't pay interest on the 1st transaction as it would be refunded, They refunded the 1st one within a few days and I got my router the next day.)

I ordered the 18.5" Monitor/PC bundle which is ACE - i'm just telling everyone it's a 19" :)

The website's simple enough (even for me) and my next day delivery came first thing with biz post courier.

I ordered a Thermaltake chassis from IT24 and was pleased to see they stocked this chassis which I had difficulty in finding a supplier who could deliver the next day and had these available in stock. Great customer experience and customer service was first class. Delivery was next day and was delivered before 12:00 the following day.

Would I recommend IT24 after using them for the first time... Yes I would helpful and prompt customer service coupled with a fast delivery you cannot go wrong.
