IT Career Swap is just a right place to get started on your IT course. They are always available to get you through everything you desire. I was initially skeptical but Samuel Sienko really helped to alley all my fears. He is just an exceptional person who guided me to the point of coming onboard and gave me timely feedback. I am now having a great time on the platform!!

IT Career Swap offers a great opportunity for anyone who wants to start a career in Technology. They have a number of different industry-specific certifications and a helpful team of people ready to assist you and your needs. Before IT Career Swap I was in Retail and had average knowledge about computers. After completing the course, I now have knowledge in Networking, Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity along with a role as a Desktop Support Analyst.

I enjoyed working through their courses.

These courses are not really that easy but you can learn alot from them. I hope I can utilize the knowledge that I have gained very soon and in real life.

IT careerswap helped launch me into the path of becoming a cybersecurity professional. At a point where I was confused on how and where to begin my cybersecurity journey, I registered with IT Careerswap, began the training. Within 5months, I felt ready and confident get my first role as a 1st line support engineer, I applied and after few rejections, I finally landed my first job. I also took my CompTIA security+ certification and passed on one sitting. I think your success depends on your thirst for your progression and career change. IT Careerswap did a good job. Give them a try if you can.

IT Technician course took me 5 months to complete and had to try a few times to pass the official exam but my mentor helped me to pass.

Had 2 interviews this week and just signed up for the Cyber bolt on as I’m co confident now that once I’ve got a bit more experience I want to get into Cyber.

6 months ago I just about new how to turn on a computer - now I work in IT support. Hope the Cyber goes just as well.

Great experience so far.

Be careful not to confuse these guys with other providers they are the real deal.

Every interaction so far has been fantastic and with what I was told. Really excited for journey and to get into IT.

I spent a long time making decision to go for IT but I’m so happy I did. I have no experience before in IT Career Swap I’ve only worked in shop and as security guard.

Course: Cyber Security
After completing the first year of the course, broadly covering IT fundamentals in networking, security, operating systems and hardware, and obtaining the CompTIA A+ certification, IT Career Swap arranged a number of interviews on my behalf. The course prepared me well for these and the recruitment team were enthusiastic and resourceful.

Don't recommend them at all they are course seller 100 time more expensive then any where else and their courses are very low quality, I paid for course a lot of money and they said after you pass the course we will guarantee that ,you will get interview under 3 months,
Quality of the course was very bad and old thet the course was blong to 2014 and wirth of nothing, ( you can buy 100 time better course on other websites) for price of £20 but I paid the £1000 but when I completed the course till now I haven't received any interview or and thing like it ( I have bachelor degree) and already did so many courses on other websites.

Don't be fooled by them as they just sweet talk with you to sell the course to you and might just adjust your cv , all this not worth even £10 ,

To make sure this is a true reviews before you pay .ask them the to show you the quality of the video and ask them to give you a letter to prove that they will guarantee you interview under 3 months after completing the course.

I did the coding traineeship with IT Career switch as I was curious about coding and wanted to get a job in IT. I had Alfred as my personal tutor, he was very helpful and replied very quickly, he helped me with Codecademy projects and my 2 portfolio projects, he is very knowledgeable and was very helpful throughout my time at IT Career Switch. My projects were signed off by Paddy, he is very helpful and enthusiastic, he helped me with my portfolio website in a very professional manner. During Stage 4 (recruitment stage) I had Jasmine who was my recruitment specialist, she explained me how the process works and sent links how to prepare for interviews , she was very enthusiastic and professional. Overall it was a very good experience, the team was very helpful and easy to reach, the reply times were also very quick. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who wants to change to working into IT.

Five star service - initially i was going to go with a cheaper competitor but then decided to pay a little more for full service. It took 4 and a half months to complete the course. It was not all plain sailing as working through modules and balancing family etc took time but i completed and now have certificates and now having interviews almost daily. I started cyber security course with this company without knowing any single thing about I.T,they did not judge or laugh at me rather they were patient to see me through,I asked questions so many times and they were willing to answer me.i started the course in February 2022 and I finished in June 2022(I was determined and I got the best support system from them).in less than a month after completing the course,I got a job, they helped me arranged my cv to a professional level,they applied for so many jobs for me,infact I still get emails for interviews because of my cv.i will rate this company 10 stars😂(they deserve more than a 5 star).

IT Career Swap have proven to be invaluable to our company. Their industry knowledge and sector expertise, has enabled us to grow our organisation while still concentrating on our core business. Their professionalism and attention to detail means they fully understand the requirements of our business.

I enrolled to this company for a Network engineer course so I could get in IT. The material they offer is pure garbage. It's so basic that it’s so hard to believe that you will ever find a job with what they offer to you. I am really sceptic about this job guarantee offer as well. I really don't think this company will do much to help you find a job.

More than that. They ask for really high amounts of money. I am serious. First I had to pay little more than £1700 pounds for the whole course that they offer. Then, after I saw how bad their content is. I wanted to stop the training with them. They said ok, but they asked for a cancelation fee of how much? almost £1000 pounds.

So much money for such bad content... Just take any other free content on YouTube and you are far better than this. Believe me! I felt scammed when I went through their content. On how stupid their training is. Take the other bad reviews for example. They also had problems with their content and also getting out of the company's contracts. Just read the other bad comments too.

I had to pay my cancelation fee in full and then soon after, they contacted me to remove some very detailed reviews that I posted about them in exchange of a full refund. I received the refund but now I am posting this review as I am seeing yet more bad reviews describing similar situations in which I was. This is to warn any new people that want be trained by this company. Their content is of no good and their customer service is miserable. The only way I was able to recover my money was to post in details my experience with them. It was a horrible one.

I will repeat again. The only way I was able to get a refund was because of the reviews I wrote which then they asked me to delete to get my money back. It's because I made this matter public!!!!

This review represents my own opinion about this repugnant company which demands lots of money in exchange for garbage content!
For any other facts such as amounts of money stated, I still have the contract and receipts from them. I have all the rights to share my own experience no matter if I received my refund already. The reviews are there to help the customers not the company.

In the end, I'd like to say that they contacted me again threatening me that they will take legal action if I don't remove this review. But I will not!!! If you've had a bad experience with this company than post a review to make it public. Be very honest and let people know what you’ve gone through because of them. Gather and keep as much evidence against them as you can. Record their phone calls, their emails, everything wrong with their content while you still have access to it.
Do this for your own safety so you can defend yourself if they play the "we'll take legal actions" card on you!
