I am so angry with this company and they’ve not even replied back to my email….
I ordered 3 CC illumination creams and because I spent over a certain amount I got a gift….. well guess what all I received was the gift!!!! Not 1 of the 3 CC creams were posted out to me……. Money thrown down the toilet!!!!!!

Habe 6 mal versucht mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt aufzunehmen über einen Zeitraum von mehreren Wochen.
Sowohl per E-Mail als auch per WhatsApp.

Eine automatische Eingangsbestätigung zu meiner Anfrage habe ich bekommen, mehr aber auch nicht. Interessiert anscheinend niemanden. Wie schade! Und das bei so einem großen Unternehmen :(

Werde nie wieder hier bestellen und mir eine Marke suchen, bei dem mir auch bei Problemen und Fragen geholfen wird.

Kann jedem Anderen nur davon abraten, bei IT Cosmetics zu bestellen.

Leider erhält man bei Reklamationen keinerlei Rückmeldung. Habe es mehrmals über WhatsApp und email versucht - Stille. Einmal hat sich jemand gemeldet mit „bin gleich für dich da“ aber danach kam dann einfach nichts mehr. War meine erste und letzte Bestellung.

J'ai découvert cette marque chez un revendeur français. Je n'y croyais pas, j'avais peur des résultats et surtout des effets suite à la couvrance qu'ils avançaient.
Sauf que j'aime bien me faire mon avis seule. La plus grande difficulté est de trouver la couleur de sa carnation, celle qui paraîtra le plus naturelle possible. N'est ce pas ce que nous cherchons ? Il faut donc se rendre chez un dépositaire pour la repérer. Ensuite BYE BYE les pores n'est pas une fiction. En tout cas, en ce qui me concerne. J'ai donc adopté le fond de teint, l'anti cerne, la poudre bronzer, le blush et pour finaliser la poudre universelle empêchant le surbrillance au cours de la journée. Tenue impeccable !!! C'est la raison pour laquelle je me suis penchée sur l'eye liner et le mascara. Finalement c'est la totale et pour le moment je n'ai pas envie de changer. N'hésitez pas à essayer pour vous faire votre propre opinion. Quel bien fou d'être maquillée au naturel 🤗

Die Produkte sind super! Auch die Preise finde ich fair. Ich würde sofort wieder bestellen. Wenn ich nicht eine Retoure gehabt hätte.

Kontakt per Telefon, nett und hatte schnelle in Etikett bekommen.
Umtausch? Keine Ahnung ist jetzt schon seit 2 Wochen weg geschickt, aber mein Geld bekomme ich nicht gut geschrieben.

Am Service müsst ihr echt arbeiten.

I placed an order 10 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. Yet they claim 3-5 business day shipping. Ridiculous.

This company is a joke! I placed an online order and the system defaulted to an old address I had on file which the online ordering system did not give me an opportunity to change before finalizing my order. I received the order completion screen and immediately contacted IT to advise that the shipping address is incorrect. The site even announced that there are shipping delays, the current order status not shipped and yet their response is you messed up so basically go to the address it was shipped to or if the order is returned we will refund you. Extremely disappointing service! I've been a great customer for over a decade, that ends today!

I do NOT recommend this company It Cosmetics or their products at all. Everything I bought has such a terrible strong perfume scent that it stings my face! Their blush is called Bye Bye Pores and it's supposed to minimize the look of pores, but it actually accentuated the look of my pores. I contacted the company and they want me to return it and pay for expedited shipping with signature on top of that. That's gonna cost the price of the product of the blush! Their foundation is terrible too. And their cleanser...WHY do they put perfume in their cleanser too??? I can't believe that this company charges so much for such poor quality products and does not stand by them!

This product line is exactly how they advertise it. I love that it does not use animals for testing. Their products not only serve the normal purpose (like foundation) for the face, it also has ingredients that improve your skin. I love the fact that they have video instruction to use their products, that I find helpful. They even offer a one-on-one video conference with you to help with what your needs may be. Fast delivery if ordered on line and carried at high-end costmetic stores.
