I can see you ordered on Monday afternoon and the item was delivered the following day. You asked us to leave your package outside and I can see from the tracking details and picture, thats what DPD did. If there was another instruction then i'm sorry we have not seen this.

Drums,not musical but still hit the right notes.
Needed a few 25 L drums for a job and ITP seemed to offer a good combination of product and price. Seem to recollect delivery was being quoted as several days but they were here the very next day,all well boxed up. Drums are good,solid quality and ideal for required task. Will certainly look at ITP in the future for any potential packaging requirements.

Hi Keith. You placed an order on 12th May and DPD went to deliver it on 13th May. However, as per the email you sent us at 19:45 last night, you provided us with the incorrect address, which would explain the delivery issue. Also, in reference to the email recived at 19:45, please note as stated on our website, our office closes at 17:00 which is why you havn't received a reply as yet. I will respond directly to your email now to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
