Really sorry you weren't happy about the delivery being so quick you couldn't plan ahead. We do send emails the day before delivery which allow you to change the delivery date if you wish. I can only suspect in this case the email wasn't received or went to your junk folder.

A true sign of a good company isn’t just the quality of the product, but how they respond when something goes wrong.
ITP responded to an issue within 12 hours and immediately sent out a replacement for a broken item — most likely damaged by the delivery driver. That level of responsiveness says a lot.
As for the product itself, the buckets are excellent. We’ve had 20 kg on a hoist, lifted by the handle up to the second floor, and they performed perfectly. Top-quality kit.
Highly recommended.

Super Fast ITP
I ordered the items on 9th January and they arrived the next day on 10th. The order was very quickly processed, dispatched and delivered. No quibble with the items I bought, either. Very happy with the Company, my purchase, and the super fast service.

Excellent communication and service from ITP . Good product seems to be working correctly .One slight criticism was the delivery which arrived late and the packaging was all torn but this is down to the courier not ITP.Would certainly order from them in the future and recommend.
