Ivory Graphics Ltd Opiniones

High quality product delivered ahead of time, good customer relationship management, timely and informative responses. Great supplier to work with.

Both the sales team and the design team were brilliant to work with, answered all of our questions, and helped us with designing and printing our card game sample.

We will definitely be using them for our full print run.

Would definitely recommend.

Excellent quality cards and boxing, and very prompt delivery.

Beautifully printed and arrived fast.

Ivory Graphics have been amazing throughout. Each process: sales, artwork, proofs and communications have been excellent. I am really pleased with the first class results that arrived in a large shipment this week. I would, without reservation, recommend Ivory because they do take care of people who are trying to self print their custom tarot cards. Everyone that I have spoken with have been professional, clear, kind and patient. A first class organisation!

Great service. Quality across the board

I've now purchased several card decks from Ivory over the past 5 years, and have always found Ivory really easy to work with - excellent customer service, the products are good value and of a consistently high quality

Amazing company, great customer service and great pricing for a UK printer, will work with them time and time again now :)

Great customer service and quality card decks. Ivory Graphics brought my design to life and exceeded my expectations!

Lovely quality production, and delivered within a week (off season printing).

Mel was very supportive and attentive as I made my decision to have my first card deck printed I was able to eaisly upload and change the templates (making numerous revisions)and everything was done quickly. I have my test set and people are loving the quality of the cards. I look forward to placing my first bulk order and having my cards out in the world.

Exceptional communication and end product. I couldn’t be more pleased with how my deck turned out and they all went to so much trouble to get it looking perfect.

Ease of use of graphics templates and response to queries was excellent. Provision of a sample product at zero cost was unique in my experience. Overall a very positive interaction and a high quality output generated in an efficient and timely manner.

Ivory Graphics, always provide a professional service and deliver our products to us with great care and understanding of our timelines.

Jake and the team are always our go to, for quick turnaround professional jobs.

Very helpful, friendly, high quality service. Would 100% recommend.

Great customer service and very happy with the order.

Have worked with Ivory on and off for ~5 years and always get fantastic service - I'm very "small fry", but they still treat my orders with the same care as they do for the really big fish. Communication is great and fast, and very consistent, and the finished products are always spot on - The staff will really help you make sure that you haven't made any obvious mistakes, and they know enough about the physical process of printing to spot the likely problems before they happen.

Having read all the reviews it might seem boring to write yet another glowing report on everything...but it is important to repeat all the superlatives that are already on file. Great product, great service, great delivery. All 'as it should be' and 'as expected'. Especially considering some of the hiccups I experienced on my side - which required (and received) helpful assistance from the appropriate team member (including 'the boss' over a banking matter). Thank you all. Bernard at busy.cards
