I do not recommend this company based on my experience. I paid for a website project that was not completed. When that failed, I tried to resolve the matter by agreeing to let the payment be applied to a different service, but that project was also not completed.

What concerned me most was not only the failure to deliver, but the way they handled account access and sensitive credentials. I was repeatedly asked for direct usernames and passwords in ways that I know do not follow normal industry standards. They also insisted on Google-related login access as a requirement in circumstances where I did not believe it was appropriate or necessary. That raised serious concerns for me about security practices and how they conduct client work.

This was not a minor misunderstanding or a simple delay. From my perspective, it was a pattern of non-delivery, changing requirements, and inappropriate handling of access requests. I tried multiple times to resolve the matter directly before deciding to leave this review.

I had an excellent experience working with this website design company. From start to finish, the communication was clear, professional, and timely. They truly understood my requirements and delivered a modern, fast, and visually appealing website that exceeded my expectations.

The team paid great attention to detail, was open to feedback, and made sure every change was implemented perfectly. Their technical knowledge, creativity, and commitment to quality really stand out.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality website design and development services. You won’t be disappointed!

I would give IWEBNEXT a minus 10 if I could! This company is the worst you will ever deal with! They are poison and they will rip you off with non-stop lies and deception while taking your hard earned money and future away from you! NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY DON't EVER TRUST THEM! They need to all go to Prison!

They have been calling us 3 times a day for the last 10 years. We've had to get the police involved. They are part of an Indian crime ring.

BEWARE! The iwebnext is a scam. I talked to Priya and Aniket to create my website for my business. I paid him before I got the product and never received the files of the website. They said they can host it I agreed and paid for hosting. After 1year they raised the hosting cost and charge you one time cost for sharing the code. They trick you initially and later put all the charges. When I called him he never answered the phone again. It’s unprofessional and he stole my money. I would recommend going with someone more honest.

I'm responding because even though everyone sees through your BS, I have more to report in regards to the continued harassment that I received from YOUR employees Anekit DUBEY and Priya.

I'm sorry that the truth is inconvenient for you, but the uncorroborated reviews from others demonstrate a pattern of abuse from your employees. & I doubt anyone would want to impersonate your crappy company.

Yes, you DO mask your numbers. That's evident from not only my personal experience, but also that of others. If your company was successful, your employees wouldn't have so much free time on their hands. Nor would you have the reviews that you do.

ALSO: Every single US & Canada "location" you have listed on google is based in a shoddy apartment complex, not a business location.

My number was NOT publicly available and was NOT a business phone number. It was lifted from domain registration list. And at the first call, I said I wasn't interested. But that wasn't enough for Anekit. He kept calling wanting to know WHYYYY I wasn't interested.

In retaliation for my disinterest, your employees SHOWED ME why I was right to decline your "services."

Your sad, lonely employee Aniket would call me repeatedly and leave me disgusting voice mails, and then he also got Priya involved. I know their names because I asked them to identify themselves and their company. IT'S ALWAYS YOU GUYS! technext, iwebnext, and all of your other connected companies that were immediately verifiable.

Even after I allowed the domain name to expire, I continued to get calls about it. I'd ask why they were calling me about an expired domain? seems strange. Eventually the calls turned into Aniket and Priya wanting to know if I "needed anything from them."

And if Aniket didn't do it at work, he did it on his own time as a hobby! That's the kind of people you hire and have representing your company! WAY TO GO! He only stopped when he realized that I was able to identify him by his pathetic instagram account (@anekait / @aah_niket/) and twitter (@iamanekait) and his work history as a Honda motorcycle salesperson. Never seen a man ONLY post pictures of himself with weird quotes about drowning. What a narcissist!!!

They also refused to speak to me in french which is a direct violation of the laws in Quebec. Anekit and Priya turned it into a joke. You want to do business in Canada? learn the laws.

I truly feel sorry for anyone desperate enough to use your services. and that's who your company preys on because no one in their right mind would select you based on your tech & design skills, or customer service.

iwebnext and technext are hands down the worst and most unethical company that I have ever encountered and I have the call history, voicemails, and recorded phone calls to prove it.

Your company has called me around 90xx even though I've asked you to stop. This has continued for months. Hopefully your company records everything– I know I started to. Since the first call, I said I had no interest in your services and never will: Please remove me from your list. Thanks !!

That's not enough. Your employees began to mask the phone number with the first 6 digits of my phone number to pretend they are local. I've even been called multiple times in a row while I'm in the hospital for major surgery. This is harassment.

I have asked over and over again to be removed because I'm not interested in wasting my or your company's time. But your employees' conduct says otherwise.

This has been so incredibly invasive and I have asked again and again and again. I can't even properly block the number because they keep changing it every time and then tell me that this is the first time.

& Today, I got yet another call. I immediately asked to please be removed from the list and hung up. The response? Your employee called me 12x in a row. This is harassment.
Now, he's left me a bizarre and disgusting voicemail.

Also: why would I use your company?

I hired to design a logo for my company and the design they delivered to me was amazing and on time at very reasonable price.

They called using a VOIP line trying to sell me 'web services'. Not sure how they got my contact information. Someone probably sold it to them using questionable practices.

Absolutely recommend this company. Extremely reputable owner, great product line, excellent customer service. Absolutely love our new Website. So happy I read other people's positive reviews and decided to hire IWEBNEXT.

Iwebnext and my company sign a four thousnd united states dollers. contract to build a job seeking website for my company. my company have so fare give then 50% of the amount, of the four thousnad dollers . can some body reall tell if this company is a real company. they have refuse to complete the site.they also have a poor quality of job

My web page is completed and he fulfilled everything that i requested, guided me through the entire process, and provided satisfactory results. As the page evolves, I expect for him to assist me in the learning process, as there will be some changes made. Yes, I am satisfied.

Waste of Money and Time
Iwebnext is a waste of money and time. Dont listen to what they say, they are certainly lying to you.
They are incompetent and all they care about is closing the deal and getting the dollar.
I have given them a project and once they got the money, they dont show up to skype meetings (which they scheduled themselves), they dont listen to your needs, they dont do proper R&D.
They will tell you pay us a deposit which you can get back if your are not happy through PayPal. This is not true, I have been fighting with PayPal and my bank to get the refund no success yet. PayPal decided on their favor for some reason because they delivered a website even though it is garbage but to PayPal the seller has done the job.

iWebNext is a really horrible service. Just saty away and save your money.iWebNext agreed to design a simple website for my company for the amout of $300 . despite my multiple attempts to reach out after the initial desgin, and despite countless email back and forth with their incompetent staff, they never resolved my issue and I am out 300 plus the time i wasted trying to get reach out to them.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY FROM IWEBNEXT.

I have been trying to work with them since November. 1/2 the time I cannot understand the Indian accent....... I have paid them $400 ........ can't get reasonable support nor can I edit my website at will. As of this week I cannot access the site, some others can. Why"? My Internet provider says they have failed the update the A Record.......whatever that means. I've emailed, called and they now will not respond. I don't know what to do next. I've asked for a refund and will be contacting PP .....so disgusted! They were soooo polite and accommodating when they wanted $ from me...now "Too bad"
