Great company have had some issues but…
Great company have had some issues but not always been j5 fashions fault sometimes it’s been the couriers fault but we worked together to sort these problems out the products are always great and good quality! Would definitely recommend! Could improve with how customer service is ran and where to contact as query’s are not always picked up but all businesses have areas they could improve thank you for my good will gesture too for the inconvenience

This company have tried to completey…
This company have tried to completey rip me off after I returned stock, they are refusing to give me full refund, I had to pay a further £20 to return the parcel and on top of that they don’t communicate over the phone and think they are right.
They are refusing to give me back £150 and they say it’s a restock charge. They’ve received the goods back in perfect condition, yet still refuse to give my money back.
Don’t shop with these con artists….

Bad customer service
I have ordered on several occasions but this time on my order , they sent the wrong colour set and one of the sets was not even wrapped. It also has a stain on it.
We subsequently called them to get it changed but who ever answered the telephone was dismissive. Told us to email and take a picture.
This was not the way to handle our problem.
We deal with lots of wholesalers and none of them treat you in this way.
Other wholesalers are happy to accept returns and they deal with any issues straight away.
It does make me question whether I would use them again. It’s not really the way to treat customers. I think I may go to other wholesalers that treat the customers in a better way.
