Hi Emma,
We’re sorry for the disruption caused throughout this order.
Following a review with our courier and warranty teams, we identified that the original fridge had incorrectly been sent on a priority service rather than our usual signature-required service, which allowed it to be left unattended. This has since been corrected.
The damage reported was cosmetic and was raised outside of the courier’s damage-reporting window, so we initially offered a goodwill partial refund. However, because the incorrect delivery service had been used, we escalated the matter and agreed to replace the fridge.
Unfortunately, the replacement was then incorrectly picked by our warehouse. The paperwork was correct, but the wrong unit was selected, which we fully accept was human error.
The subsequent collection was arranged within a confirmed two-hour window, while the correct replacement was sent on a premium service. Unfortunately, the courier later experienced delays and delivered in the evening. While we appreciate how inconvenient this was, delays of this nature are outside of our direct control once the consignment has been handed over, and we’re sorry this added further frustration to an already difficult experience.

Staff very pleasant
Staff very pleasant, l ordered the Dometic fridge fan upgrade. It was not the correct one for my fridge 10 series.(not indicated on website).
No fault to Jackson’s the thermostat was missing in the kit.
Jackson’s could not supply the 10 series, however, they paid for the return of the kit and they returned a full refund.
