Very good 👍 service and support when needed, excellent customer care and kindness when, I would certainly recommend to others.
Appalling delivery of mattress
Appalling delivery of mattress. I have been waiting 13 hours now for Jay-be mattress ordered through Mattress Next Day. It’s delivered directly from Jay-be. It’s now 10.30pm and I’m expected to wait til midnight. No communication from Jay-be. They use FedEx which has no point of communication at all.
Jay-be are aware of this but use FedEx regardless. At first opportunity I will cancel this order. I would not recommend ordering one of their mattresses.
Update - The mattress was not delivered - not even by midnight - and I slept on a camp bed. Jay-be were contacted by Matress Next Day at least twice during the day yesterday. Jay-be are the FedEx account holder (and only they can contact FedEx but they made no effort to do so or to contact Mattress Mext Day or myself. They were, apparantly, very casual when contacted by MND and said that was the norm with FedEx. I can see from another review that at least one other customer had the same experience.
Frankly, it shows a complete disregard for their customers. Why use FedEx knowing it has a poor track record?

I just wanted to drop you a message to say how fab you all are!
We bought 2 of your Jubilee Single beds about 10 years ago. Not only are they great beds, but along with your fantastic customer service they also come with a lifetime guarantee (although we didn’t necessarily realise that when we bought them).
We’ve had 3 occasions when we’ve needed to call up about replacement parts… a wooden slat and 2 wheels. On all occasions, we have had amazing customer service and made to feel like the most important customers in the world… nothing is too much trouble and parts are replaced without quibble.
So, just a big thank you really… to all at Team Jay-Be. You’re all fab… never stop being so.

Brilliant product and excellent service
I bought the Jaybe value fold up bed to use as a guest bed and am very impressed with both the quality and service. The bed itself is very comfortable, easy to put up and fold away after use. The only issue we had was that the holding clip broke after the second use, but after contacting customer service, a replacement was dispatched within 48 hours, free of charge. They even responded on a Sunday.

Foldaway bed was delivered ahead of schedule, but the headboard was damaged, probably in transit, as it had not been packed very well. Dealt with Alice who promptly arranged for a replacement headboard to be sent out. It arrived within 2 days. Great customer service and pleased with the purchase too.
(Can I suggest you bubble wrap the headboard to begin with, like you did on the replacement, as this would have prevented the damage. Just a thought.)
The folding bed we bought for our spare…
The folding bed we bought for our spare room arrived a week before the delivery date. Unfortunatley it was missing a bolt to hold the head board. I contacted Jay-Be and was sorted out by a lovely lady called Jayne.the parts arrived without any problem after 3 days, Excellent customer service.I would recommend Jay-be.
I had a problem with my single mattress…
I had a problem with my single mattress and Jayne ordered a replacement mattress which I received in two days. I cannot fault the customer service.
Poor customer service …
I bought a sofabed from Next and after 6 months the mattress has gone very thin and uncomfortable. Also, the mattress base has stretched so much your body touches the framework when you lay on it.
All I get from Jaybe is, you need to go through Next!
All I get from Next is send videos of your problem so we can send them to Jaybe!
And still, after 3 months, my problem has not been resolved!
I have a sofbed that is too uncomfortable to sleep on!
HELP! I'm so fed up with the customer service I have received!

Jaybe’s customer service is outstanding! They replied to my email immediately, sent a replacement for my damaged bed frame with in a few days and were polite and helpful throughout. I highly recommend buying from this company.

This company always goes above and beyond with customer service! Quick responses, and wonderful courteous help! I had a problem with a folding bed I ordered and they immediately fix it!
Mattress Warranty
Had an issue with my mattress, thought it would be a real headache (as is usually the case) to try and sort something under warranty. Spoke with Jayne via voice, very helpful! She advised the usual (email, photos, receipt etc) so sent the email and thought i’d be having to buy a new one.
Low and behold - got a reply stating that it was all covered on warranty and that a new one was on the way.
SIMPLE - EFFICIENT - 5 STARS

Best Mattress in the WORLD 🌎
My mattress arrived today and I inflated it like a dinghy, as I cut the plastic it started to inflate.
If I'm ever in a boat sinking, first thing I would grab is this mattress.
So nice having a beautiful comfortable mattress that doesn’t have springs hurting your back.
10/10 like the saying goes probably the best mattress in the World 🌎

When my Jaybe folding bed arrived, I was disappointed to find that one of the castor wheels was broken. I contacted the service department using the email provided and I immediately received a response with an apology and requiring the model number so a replacement could be sent out. I am pleased with my bed and delighted with the after sales customer service. Well done!
