All looks good on delivery. Would be good if the packaging stated that it is Tricoya.

The response below is an excuse for not supplying good quality doors they couldn't have bowed in two hours. The worst customer service very rude and do not call back when promised on a number of occasions. Please purchase else where

We phoned for a set of French internal doors. We were told they weren't in stock. However the lady, sorry we can't remember her name, was extremely helpful and because of her help we purchased another set very similar.
The doors were delivered this morning at 7.30, exactly as the driver had said. We were kept up to date throughout. Extremely quick and efficient delivery, the driver was very helpful and courteous. Will definitely use again.

We purchased 4 internal doors through Vibrant Doors. The whole experience with both companies was excellent - great customer service, quick delivery (6 working days) updated at every stage of the order and a very pleasant delivery driver. Would recommend both JB Kind and Vibrant Doors. Our experience could not have been more different to our initial attempt to buy these doors from Sethcodoors who after 6 weeks of messing us about we had to cancel the order and demand a refund.

The delivery was smooth, the communication was prompt and the staff were all friendly, the door haven't been installed yet, so far look good on the floor.

In December 22 I ordered a single pocket door system from J B Kind for my bathroom, with all the extras needed to complete the job: oak veneered door, pocket installation system; accessory kit (veneered oak finishing strips, seals, trim, etc); door furniture. The whole lot was about £1200, pricey, but I was expecting good quality and an efficient system.
Unfortunately I made a mistake and ordered the double door accessory kit, not the single door one (although nobody processing the order picked it up either). I only realised 6 months after installing the pocket installation in the wall, when it was time to hang the door and put on the oak veneered surrounds etc. I couldn't send the accessory kit back and swap it because I had already cut some components to length and installed them. But I realised the only difference between the single and double door kits were that the single had a veneered oak door jam and the double had extra pieces that I didn't need. So I phoned J B Kind and asked if they could supply the missing door jam. "Computer says no" - I was told I would need to buy an entire single door accessory kit for about £300. I realise that is how it is normally sold, but I was asking a favour given the circumstances, which a company with true customer orientation would undoubtedly do. But no, for the sake of an MDF oak-veneered door jam that might have been priced separately at about £40, I had to buy an entire kit for £300, 90% of which I will throw away.
Good product, but very short-sighted customer service. You should be ashamed J B Kind.

Update 1/8/23 in response to J B Kind's reply: thank you for taking the time to reply, but I think you're missing the point here. I remember the lady I spoke to was sympathetic, but she had to refer to a manager, who said No. Please don't mistake my polite acceptance that your answer was No as being happy with it. If you buy in the whole accessory pack, then "going the extra mile" for the customer might have entailed saying you would ask your supplier if they could supply me just the door jam, or even explaining that to me at the time and giving me their contact details so that I could ask them. I still say you didn't try very hard at all to help your customer and I just hope you might learn from this.

Delivered my 5 doors on date and time that was arranged. Kept me informed by email and text message throughout the process. Will buy from them again for sure, nice to deal with people who know what their doing.
Delivery driver Sean was efficient and friendly, carried the doors without problem.

I had received Quotes from various different places. Most stating that the Doors I had chosen were not in stock & wouldn't be available until September! These were quotes given to me around first week of July 2023. A quick Google search - Vibrant Doors Ltd were offering me the BEST price! Almost £200 cheaper than several other quotes! Furthermore delivery was stating product was in stock! This was ultra important to me as I've just had news of a massive Pelvic Mass growing & on my Bucket List is "Finish Renovating my new home AND live in it for at LEAST one WHOLE year AFTER it's finished!"

I placed my order by telephone on 05/07/2023. My order acknowledgement came through from Vibrant Doors Ltd. After that J B Kind kept me informed of the delivery details. My doors arrived today - 12th July 2023 in a very big J B Kind lorry. It was extremely large with pictures of Doors all over it! so my neighbours know exactly what was delivered! Of course, I don't mind that at all & felt really relieved that the delivery wasn't passed to a Courier.

Gary, the driver, was AMAZING! He was so polite, extremely helpful, & delightful to talk to. I asked him whether my doors were really heavy as my Carer had to leave at 3pm to go to his next Client. Gary told me he should be able to manage to carry the two doors in & they were individually packed. I gave Gary 3 choices of where he could leave them but the ideal place was the furthest away in the Conservatory where they are being fitted! I didn't want to end up smashing them up with my powered wheelchair! So AMAZING Gary carried my doors very carefully & placed them both in my Conservatory! I am extremely grateful to have such a kind, helpful gentleman who took great care with handling my doors!

I haven't opened them yet because I will have to leave that for the Carpenter but they didn't sound as if they were broken at all. I think the fact that J B Kind handled the delivery completely is a bonus. NO Courier involved. Ultra careful delivery service direct from J B Kind. I couldn't be more delighted!

I dealt with Debra who proved to be both professional and efficient would use JBKind again.
