Delayed delivery and poor communication
Order placed on 13th October, but goods delivered on 07th December, just shy of 2 months. Worst part about this was, whilst placing the order, the expected delivery time was quoted at 1 week, which was acceptable. Poor communications during this time too. Had to call 2 weeks later, only to find they do not have the lights in stock and are waiting for delivery for supplier.
This just gets worse too, once they took stock and dispatched, you would have though this would have been put on a fast delivery system.....No, this was dispatched using normal delivery service.

Great Service Quick supply!
So impressed with the service. Ordered lights Friday afternoon. Stock not due to be in until the Monday. Order picked and sent Monday afternoon Received lights on Thursday! Amazing! So hard to order lights online but these are perfect and exactly as per decsription. I would certainly use again and also I will be recommending to others.

I purchased two bathroom combination…
I purchased two bathroom combination extraction fan light and heater lamps in May 2021, unfortunately when our Builder finally got around to installing in our new build found in February 2022 , they were faulty. I phoned JD Lighting and was amazed at how helpful they were in replacing them , the response was faultless no question , north lakes staff amazing. I highly recommend and JD Lighting will be my no 1 source of lighting .

Unfortunately I am unable to give an opinion on the item ordered as it was out of stock and no longer available. I would like to say JD Lighting did advise me quickly of the situation and refunded my payment immediately.
