Great company, efficient, nice people and great products!

JDP were fantastic, they changed my order at the last minute when my daughter decided she wanted a spiderman not a princess bouncy castle! They were helpful and friendly on delivery and dismantle and I couldn't have rated their service more highly.

Great team and company. Plenty of contact in the run up to make sure the plan was clear and then the team were in and out for both drop off and collection. There is a lot to organise on party day and this just wasn’t something we needed to worry about.

What an excellent company to deal with. The service was exemplary! From the point of booking to the collection of the garden games was excellent. The children (and the adults) thoroughly enjoyed the games we booked. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Was a smooth experience from start to finish. Really easy to book and the bouncy castle was delivered on time, set up quickly by the staff and then collected on time and dismantled quickly by the staff. No stress involved.

Great service nice clean bouncy castle i was kept well informed of the delivery and pick up times, the staff were very friendly will definitely use again my son was very happy!

Brilliant selection of packages to choose from. Excellent communication beforehand, the bouncy castle and soft play arrived in plenty of time for our party. Friendly staff setting up and they came back promptly afterwards to collect so we weren’t waiting around. Good tracking too so we knew when they would be arriving. Thank you so much, highly recommend!

The customer service is fantastic, during the booking process, leading up to the event and the day of the event we were well informed and supported. The chaps that arrived to set up we're friendly and accommodating. Will definitely use this company again, couldn't have asked for a better service.

Highly recommended. The lady I spoke to when booking the bouncy castle was so helpful and lovely. Really efficient communication on delivery and collection times, with a text sent to notify you the driver was on route. The gentleman who set up and took down the castle was also absolutely delightful. Thank you JP leisure!

Efficient set up and take down despite the pouring rain at the end. The disco fun run kept the children occupied all day and the arcade games kept the adults amused.

I hired an adult bouncy castle from JDP for one day including overnight. It was easy to book and they kept me informed all the time via email and even got a text when it was being delivered and collected. Bouncy castle was the best fun ever. Would highly recommend and will defo be using again
