I've used this company few times over last 8 years ,always attend my home promptly when I have an emergency,lovely man that fixed my boiler ,reliable and good service

Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace. I'm old school where a workman cleans up after himself. Was told I needed a new boiler which would take 2 days. On our 2nd evening I went to work as a keyworker and left boiler man . I came home to no heating or hot water with no explanation. Rung emergency people to be told that the boiler man had told me before I went to work that I wouldn't have these facilities which is a total lie. Mark from j Driver Ltd is an absolute liar. My house is a disaster zone. Can show pics if you want. Hearth is a mess. Carpets are absolutely filthy. Can't believe this has happened. Bricks broken ftom outside wall where they have drilled in attic and not cleaned up. A good workman always cleans up after himself but not this shambles of company

Recently signed up to the Home…
Recently signed up to the Home Breakdown cover after using the company for a number of years and the service provided has been brilliant. We've just had our free annual Boiler service as well which was a massive bonus. The engineer who did the service was very polite and went through everything with us. Highly recommend - 5 stars all the way.
