They sold me a $1500 Louis Vuitton 2 way carry bag with no strap. Just handles. Very unfair and basically thieves. Then tried to sell me strap after the fact. ALSO said Poshmark lost my strap. Lies upon lies. They sent same bag to another client AFTER my purchase with strap, most likely took it off my bag. Horrible cheats and they will take everything off or out of your bag to try to sell back to you. Like pouches, chains, locks etc. Poshmark supports them in their dishonesty. Be careful! Im a Posh Ambassador. They should be banned.
Merchandise was in great shape, great price and shipped quickly. I have bought several items from Jebwa and will continue to do so 😊
In spite of messaging them several times I never had anyone respond. Also, I had to request authenticity several times before I actually received it. Even Mercari had to remind them to get my merchandise in the mail. First and last time doing business with them.
I purchased a bag through Poshmark, and the hosts claimed it was in great condition. However, upon receiving it, I noticed a large black dirt spot and cracked handles. Unfortunately, these defects were not visible under the bright lights of the Poshmark show, and they even ceased creating listings for auctioned bags. The hosts seem to prioritize selling at all costs and often fail to disclose accurate item conditions. In fact, they even laughed and exclaimed, 'Oh my gosh, can't believe someone returned it,' as Raquel expressed her disbelief. If they simply refrained from lying about the condition of their items, returns could be avoided. Additionally, it's misleading to label it as an auction when it doesn't truly adhere to the principles of an auction. Essentially, the hosts are merely removing items from their listings and reducing the price by $100-$200 before selling them.

I'm not entirely sure how your site works, but I have to say, your Poshmark show hosts are a complete disaster. Megan constantly plays music with obscene lyrics (including non-stop use of the f-word, references to genitalia, and even more explicit content), making it impossible to watch the show at work or at home with kids. Robert is constantly pushing sales and promises to do EVERYTHING you WANT if you just buy that bag. (Sexual contexts) He even licks the merchandise! It's gross and unprofessional. Ashley appears to be a …. stripper, according to her Instagram, its ok. But she thinks it's okay to twerk on the show. This is far from professional, especially considering the show doesn't have an 18+ rating.and half of the time she is acting like she is high.
And then there's Raquel...she found all those unprofessional people because she herself is unprofessional. She seems to consider herself very important, but allows some users to cancel orders while becoming hysterical and crying when others try to cancel orders (due to accidental bids) after half an hour. Her "cheerleading group" in the chat bullies people who don't agree with her. I wholeheartedly support a previous comment. Raquel and her group are doing crazy things and think it's okay. It's not professional to freak out and run to cry in the corner during a live show, or to snap at people. One user simply asked where a bag was from, and Raquel snorted and responded, "This is LV, of course it's Italian." Well, first of all, LV is a French brand, and it makes more sense to say it's French. Secondly, LV manufactures its bags in one of four countries (France, Spain, Italy, and the USA), which is important for collectors to know. But of course, Raquel has no clue. She even laughed in the face of the user who asked this question and set her own support group on that person. They've been laughing and bullying all week over a simple question. Raquel is the worst host. She mispronounces half of the brand names and only just learned that "Neverfull" is not "Never Fill". But that's not the worst part; she's also rude to users who ask her simple questions, like asking her to measure the sole of a shoe. "What do you mean, measure? Here's the size, can't you see?" She goes crazy and her fans start attacking the person. Some bags are in really bad condition, but she insists they're not that bad. She needs to stop misleading viewers and instead be honest about the quality of the merchandise.
My advice to the owner of the company is to find new hosts and not listen to Raquel's strategy. Her approach is a train wreck, and fewer and fewer people are tuning in to the show because of it. The hosts are constantly changing, and none of them (except Christina, who is tolerable) are professional. I recommend doing the show in 2-3 segments with a focus on quality over quantity. Your company needs a serious rebranding. The show started off great last winter, but now it's become a circus.

P.s. prices at the show are funny too, sometimes. People don’t know that it’s possible to find these old bags at VC for 1/2 of Jebwa price and better quality. With authentication too. And chains/straps/charms come on, it’s all over Amazon for $20. Lmao
But if someone wants over pay a lot, it’s their personal preference, here is no blaming Jebwa
Hello - HORRIBLE live shows!! Tried to join a live show and it says I can no longer join from this host. WHY?? Am I banned because your customers were bullying someone that decided not to bid on a $1k handbag and I said something. I kindly would like a response. They told her that she wasted Raquel’s time and she can go buy a plastic target bag!! No one should be treated that way! It’s a lot of money for some and not everyone is familial with Raquel’s bidding rules. I would like to know why I am banned from your live shows on Poshmark…,,,SHAME ON YOU!!! Did you ban the folks that were calling her names and bullying her?? I took screenshots of it too!
Waiting on my bag as we speak, ordered a week ago, NO FOLLOW UP. Have sent numerous requests to customer service, have not heard anything, yet I've charged for the items. Not a happy camper at the present moment. Hopefully this will change!

The bag arrived with the leather zipper pull broken and stuffed in the internal pocket. The bag was advertised as having a working zipper pull.
