Jeevansathi App I am using last of the year and there r lot of fraud people are using this app.very poor servcing and the whole team of jeevansathi....always they blocking my number without any query or discussion.After lot of discussion again they block my number .So I request to all of you guys dont use this app and dont trust also. VERRY POOR EXPERIENCE.

Hi I want to warn everyone about a skammer named nikkil gupta I have attached his linkedin profile below he is from jeevansathi he is changing names and talking to girls

Also not only that he recently told that he is married and divorced beware about this profile he is a number one fraud he is messaging multiple profiles at the same time please inform some legal peopke or his family

Horrible inefficient careless minting money website. They will take money for RM, but no one will help you. You raise a ticket, no response. Please don’t even think of paying money here.

Jeevansathi the worst of all matrimonial websites. A friend of mine made a profile here and they asked her to upgrade. When she denied, they blocked her profile and their customer service asked her to create another profile using different email id and phone number. When she created another profile, they blocked her again forcing her to upgrade. This time they are also asking for her pictures and legal documents which they have no right to ask. They are scammers. They can misuse your pictures, your details, your documents. They are not trustworthy. Don't trust them. They are scammers.

Pathetic website ( Jeevan sathi) , all profile are fake. First they ask you to pay for membership, then after 2 or 3 days they send you they send you an email stated that your membership has been canceled because of some of violation. When you asked them for some sort of proof they said some of other customer made a complaint against you...

Means khuch bhi... I have paid 3200rs and they canceled it like this with fake excuse..

Highly recommend don't even download this fake application..on Google all the positive reviews are fake..don't trust them

I purchased exclusive membership with compulsorily comes with RM package just to find that RM service is entiely useless. They just send interests list once a week,call shortlisted profiles once a week to inform that they didn't respond on email, msg or phone.

Basically they just work to tick mark boxes and to my dismay there is no service which just provides better search. As you have to buy this exclusive package for same.
12k wasted, they don't even provide refund

Worst Customer service, I am happy to provide ID and Payment to have account on their website but been denied without telling me the reason. This Strange that Fake People can open account but real one cannot.

You may use free app but run away from premier service for which they charge $750 for 6 months. They are only responsible to share 5 profile per month. They send fake profiles too and finally hv standard answer “other side is not responding”.

I found my soulmate from this matrimonial aap .aap is decent have many profiles and good filters .

Took a paid membership on the platform but still not able to view the contact details as it let the users explicitly hide their contact information even for paid user. So what’s the benefit of paying?

The JS platform has numerous fake profile and their team comprises of fraud. Especially the sales team, I say this because until I paid up one Mohit from JS would call me three times a day and once the money was transferred he just vanishes.

There is no such thing as refunds in case of poor customer service or if you are not satisfied by the services that they claim that they would provide.

I strongly recommend not to pay for their premium services but to use the basics, which in case you are lucky you may find a partner that you may be looking for.

Fake people fake promises dont purchase any package from them they dont know how to talk to a client.

I purchased one month plan at Jeevansathi but on 2nd month they auto renewed the plan and deducted the amount from my account without informing me. I have never opted for auto renewal even though they auto renewed the plan and deducted the amount. I called customer care to cancel my renewed membership with immediate effect and return the amount, but they denied. :(

When I became member paid £58 n also did ID verification. Now I m not comfortable with my DOB desplay cause I found 1000s scammers. JS forcedfully suspended my account without refund n understanding. Don't get scammed, stay away from this rude customer service.

The most crap site. If you try to contact them they don’t answer your call or reply to your message. No response at all, the only response I got from live chat was I am not trained to handle this query. If there is a minus rating I would give.

All the girls profile were fake, The girls parent do not respond, they stick to caste, Girls are not genuine,they go hiking, drink, and all kinds of habits..They are not honest, the girls profile i mean,The parents have no control over their daughters, The girls just drink, smoke and lofty attitude.
