My order was very poorly packaged which meant the £65 product I bought was damaged in transit. Additionally the samples burst in transit, leaving power over my products. My parcel had clearly been kicked or thrown around bursting one of the airbags inside. Overall very disappointed and wasted my time having to send back and reorder elsewhere.

My wife used to be a regular customer of Jersey Beauty but no more. The previous delivery was thrown over our side gate by Evri so when she needed a replacement, she gave the company a swerve and bought in store instead. This time shewas foolishly tempted back by an attractive Easter offer. The parcel was promptly despatched by Jersey Beauty but unfortunately they still use Evri. To avoid the previous experience, she chose to have the parcel delivered to a locker. She was not provided with a code to pick up the parcel so it was collected by the courier later the same day and returned to depot. Jersey Beauty are no longer contactable by phone like they used to be. It is now email only and worse than that, only till 2.30 on a Friday so she has had no joy in seeking advice and has resorted to asking the bank to process a refund so that she can buy in store. Until the courier is changed from Evri and/or customer services are contactable by telephone in more customer friendly operating hours, Jersey Beauty won't be used again. There is plenty of competition in this market so a better choice can be made.

As always, delivery was fast, packaging was really good and the free gift was very welcome.

Jersey Beauty sent out my product quickly but unfortunately their chosen courier didn’t deliver it quickly. The courier is Evri . I got a notification that my parcel was at the parcel shop for collection . I went to uplift and it wasn’t there. Four days later I got a second message saying that the parcel was there . I went back to the shop and it wasn’t there! I finally got it yesterday which was 5 days later than the first delivery date. The product is great , I’ve used it before and Jersey Beaty have done nothing wrong but I would like them to hear about my courier experience and think about using someone else!

Ordered and paid for eyebrow pencil but had to chase the order as it never arrived . Customer service answered my email promptly and apologised that it was out of stock . She cancelled my order and refunded me and I have now received my refund many thanks

Wide choice of brands at very good prices, fast delivery highly recommended

The parcel arrived in good time but I was very concerned with the way it was packaged. The short flaps of the box were lying vertically downwards. The selotape came up the sides and across the top of the plastic stuffing. The flaps on the long sides were not stuck down at all. It was a miracle that the contents were still there.

Delivery was extremely quick and collection easy peasy!

The Delivery driver left my parcel on the front door step on very busy road.
When I returned from work someone had stolen it.
I asked all the neighbours no one has saw it.

It has not arrived so I cannot comment. Over a week since I ordered........
