Great Software! Excellent customer service!

I've been using Jervis Systems for about four years, and it has been one of the best technology decisions I've made for my property management business. I currently manage six properties and rely on Jervis to automate door code generation through my property management software. The automation alone has saved me a significant amount of time and eliminated a lot of the manual work that used to slow down my operations.

The platform is extremely intuitive and easy to set up. Even without a deep technical background, I was able to get everything running smoothly and integrate it into my workflow. Since implementing Jervis, it has become an essential part of my technology stack and has significantly improved my efficiency.

What really sets Jervis apart, though, is their customer service. On the rare occasions when I’ve had a question or needed support, their team has always responded quickly and provided clear, knowledgeable help. In my experience, their support team is among the best I’ve worked with across any software vendor.

One of the worst companies I have ever…

One of the worst companies I have ever bought from. Their system was not working at all, and I asked them to please refund me. They said no. They don't do any refunds even if their software is not working.

We aimed to provide clear support and communication throughout your experience. Our system functioned as expected, successfully pulling in all reservations and generating codes for directly owned and managed Airbnb listings.

As explained during the support process, reservations from cohosted listings cannot be imported because this is not supported by the Airbnb API we have access to. This limitation was communicated clearly in advance and reiterated during support interactions. We do not control a partner’s APIs, and it is not possible for us or any third party to override those restrictions.

We do not provide refunds, which is clearly outlined during signup. This decision aligns with our Terms and Conditions and is applied consistently to all customers.

We’ve addressed your concerns and stand by how our team handled the situation. We’re proud of the feedback we’ve received from customers across multiple platforms and remain focused on delivering clear and reliable service to all customers.
