they have sent the wrong item an just keep sending me the same generic email asking me to accept 50% off or i have to pay to send it back.
im now escalating this with my credit card company to recover my my money. they appear to be. joke
Avoid at all cost

False Reviews

I was disappointed with my experience. After my purchase, I was offered a 50% refund on the condition that I left a positive review before I had even received the product. This made me question how genuine the company’s reviews really are, as customers are being financially incentivised to leave favourable feedback.

I don’t think this is an honest way to build trust with potential customers. Reviews should reflect real experiences, not be influenced by discounts or refunds. Because of this, I wouldn’t rely on the overall rating and would encourage others to do their own research before buying.

Ring purchased

Easy to order although I ordered two things in error I only wanted one ring not two hopefully this can be resolved quickly and taken Off the order
Seems a reputable company so should not be a problem
UPDATE on sending several emails last week I have had no communication regarding a refund of the extra ring that was in the basket by mistake
If you are reading this please update me on my order
