I called Jay in the morning and he made the time to install my new TV on the same day. Jay was flexible and made sure the fittinga was just right for the room.

I had a couple of light problems at home, Jay was able to attend on the day I called, sort out one issue, and then came back the next day with a part for the other. In addition, he gave me full information about the reason for the fault, and of what to do next. I found him very professional, and will use the services of JM Electrical again.

My immersion heater timer hasn’t worked for years and no one ever told me it’s not connected to the fuse box. Jay looked and found the problem and fixed it. Jay fitted a Ring Doorbell for us. He was very hardworking and efficient and connected it to our phones. He patiently explained how everything works and his willing to come back if we need further explanation.
