We believe our customers should have the highest quality products which will leave their own customers happy and coming back for more. Over the years, we have listened to our customers' feedback and improved our products to meet their needs in everyday working life. We specialise in Waffle Makers, Crepe & Pancake makers, Chocolate fountains and all the food and accessories that go with them. Most importantly to us, we want our customers to enjoy the products, but also to feel secure in the knowledge that if they ever have a problem, we will always try to help through repairing them or by offering after sales care by telephone or email, we are always happy to help.

Unprofessional company and argumentative - nightmare to deal with - stopped replying to my emails before anything was resolved.

Minus Zero Star - System Error & Unfair Charges

I placed my first order with JM Posner Ltd on 05/07/25, entering the correct address during checkout. However, their system automatically changed the shipping postcode resulting in the courier allegedly driving my order to the wrong address. Customer service refused to take responsibility and instead demanded I pay a £7.94 redelivery fee and would not compromise. Paying extra for their system's error is unfair, especially as a first-time customer. The complete lack of accountability and poor customer service ensures I will never purchase from JM Posner again.

Ignored delivery instructions

Made delivery instructions very clear multiple times, they were completely ignored leading to a now late delivery.

Selling and dispatching out of date products.

Ordered chocolate and discounted jelly babies. What they don’t tell you is they are selling products past their best before date. On receipt I queried this and was advised they had extended the best before date by three months. However this was not made clear at order and the product still had a date that expired over two months ago. Surely that choice is mine as a customer? Refund refused. Order SO-JMP-439137

The Waffle Maker exploded

The Waffle Maker exploded - dangerous. I'm not sure how it passed any safety inspections if any. I wish I'd read the reviews on Amazon before buying as 4 other reviewers had the same experience, plus their customer support is dire.

i buy products 8 april they send…

i buy products 8 april they send expired 7 april and i try contact email phone which is they not return .
i don’t want them products which is faulty they refuse full refund
i don’t recommend any one go to pancake-world better products and don’t waste money
