Hi Devinda. We sincerely apologise for the issues caused from not having enough stock to fulfil the order quantities you required at the time and the frustrations that it caused at the time. We do our best to stock items to a demand level and unfortunately we didn't have enough to fulfil the order.
We reached out directly to you as soon as the order came through acknowledging the shortfall and offering a full refund, an alternative brand or wait until the suppliers back order's came in and express post the items to you. The option of waiting and express posting the items was taken up.
We truly appreciate your feedback and hope that next time we can deliver a better experience for you.
