Sign up was easy. It took awhile to receive the medication. I never received a one on one interview to discuss how to administer the shot. No instructions with kit received today. I guess I will watch YouTube video?

You could improve your on boarding processes
I was initially very excited to find Delilah and then I signed up and was obviously charged immediately. I saw the debit on my account. I received an email receipt, but that was it. I didn’t receive any sort of welcome email or next steps email, etc. Five days went by and I decided to use the “contact us” chat bot to find out where I was in the process. I used it twice before getting a reply… which I did get a very nice response explaining where I was in the process. And then maybe a day or two after that I got an email saying Delilah was behind due to a bump activity. Overall, I think the on boarding process needs some work, especially when you’re debiting large amounts of money immediately. I was beginning to fear I had been scammed due to the lack of communication right out of the gate.

I signed up 4 days ago and was charged…
I signed up 4 days ago and was charged $199 for the first month of Semaglutide. I was supposed to hear from the provider within 2 business days. I’ve sent 2 different emails for information with no response. I even tried to call but the line just keeps ringing. The recording doesn’t even announce itself as being “Delilah”. Doesn’t seem professional. I’m ready to dispute the charge with my bank of if I don’t hear something about my shipment soon. My excitement to start the program quickly faded.

We have been in communication every day since I signed up, and I always get a fast response to my questions.
