Customer Service
It took more than 3 weeks to get the first shipment. If I didn’t reach out every few days it may have been longer. When my first shipment arrived the first dose was in a defective syringe. Basically you are told sorry, we’ll ship your next order early, so you lose a dose. I’m switching to the vial hoping that experience goes better.
Someone reached out to me based on my initial review and was very helpful in resolving my initial problems. Since then, they have been very attentive and helpful with the process. I am very hopeful for positive results with this program.

Hallandale pharma
It was a good experience .
I got one time Terzipatide from Hallandale pharmacy and it did work for me . The only reason why I cancelled subscription because Delilah can’t provide Hallandale pharmacy on a basic basis.

I am super disappointed
I am super disappointed. I signed up over a week ago. I was suppose to hear from a physician but never got a call. Now they have my medicine in transit for two days. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Now the medicine is supposed to be refrigerated, why would I trust to inject it? I tried contacting UPS, no luck. At this point I want my money back. I even called and it just rings and no intro as Delilah? Umm.

We do ship all medication in temperature-controlled packaging that can typically maintain proper conditions for up to 48–72 hours, but I absolutely understand your concerns, especially since it’s been in transit longer than expected.
One of our associates will reach out to you ASAP to personally look into your shipment and discuss your next steps. If the medication is no longer safe to use, we will make it right alongside everything else that needs to be addressed.

My account was charged and I hadn't heard from anyone..for a week until I reached out to them. I was disappointed that it took me to reach out to get the ball moving. I have since heard from 2 separate people and am hoping I will have a better experience. I hope to give a review with a 5 star next time.
