Jollibee Libertad in Butuan have nothing, no Yumburger, no Aloha Champ, no Crispy chicken sandwich. I don't know what they have maybe laziness.

Start from the drive thru, ate repeat our order but at the end hindi padin nakasama yung order we wait 10-15mins for holding time but they already stated 10mins and after all need ule pumila since hindi nakasama yung order they also stated another 10 mins holding time and 20mins before maayos ang food. Sobrang hassle the people is not focus. And it will not say that "Jollie" at all!

I went to Jollibee for the first time

I went to Jollibee for the first time. I ordered chicken tenders because the don’t sell wings or breast in which I like white meat.
The chicken was so bad. No season, no crisp and no taste. The fries was ok.
Unfortunately, this place to shape up or ship out of the restaurant business. Just horrible. The prices has the nerve to be above kind of expensive.
Not worth your time.
Do not go there!
If you want seasoning and good chicken, just go to Popeyes and if you’re in my home town New Orleans, go to Popeyes, it’s even better in the South. Smh.

This has happened more than 3 times

This has happened more than 3 times. Online order, made a special request to make burgers 'plain' - no sauce but - suprise - all burgers delivered with their 'special sauce'. Very simple instruction but the crew was not able to follow. I sent a feedback through their feedback form and they asked me to contact the delivery rider instead!!!!

Jollibee Danao sands The service was…

Jollibee Danao sands The service was lousy. They insisted that the self service kiosk be used. Only 2 of the 5 kiosks were working. Some didnt know how to use it they went to the counter where 5 people were standing just talking and were told to go back to the kiosk. Nobody assisted the people in the kiosk. Line was building the counters were empty. Eventually the orders came in but the portions were smaller compared to other jollibee stores. It took time for them to prepare the orders so again lots of people were lining up. Its 845 pm people came in hungry. They wouldnt allow the customers to go to the second floor since they already cleaned it but the lights and air conditioners were still all on. I pity the franchise owners, paying for electricity, staff standing around and not helpful at all. This is not the service jollibee is known for.

ORDERED TWO SANDWICHES @ 3:37 PM. WAITED AND ASKED FOR A REFUND @ 4:11 PM. BECAUSE WHEN I WENT TO THE COUNTER IN BETWEEN THOSE TIME, THEY SAID THE ARE STILL PREPARING, SO DON'T GO THERE IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO SPEND 30 MINS.TO AN HOUR . Slow service and unfriendly staff.

I really miss Jollibee! Their food is always delicious and comforting, especially the Chickenjoy and Jolly Spaghetti. But lately, the service has been disappointing. Waiting an hour for food is too long, and some of the crew don’t seem very friendly. Overall, still one of my favorite places to eat!

Chicken is so small

I love Jollibee’s flavor, but lately the chicken pieces feel like they’re on a diet. Crispy, yes. Juicy, yes. But so small you’ll need two orders just to feel full.

Small portions for price

First time trying Jollibees and I won't go back for the shear fact that they charge 10 cents for a bag which isn't disclosed. Ordered the side of spaghetti and a deluxe chicken sandwich. The portion of the spaghetti was small and taste like chefboyardee. Chicken sandwich is pretty good.

Where's my order?

Where's my order? After an hour I contacted them and they said, "Sorry for the delay, it will be there in 10 minutes." THIRTY minutes after that I'm still waiting and now they don't respond at all.

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I am writing once again to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding my unresolved order (Order No. JB-00171412), placed on June 6, 2024, at 7:39 PM through the Jollibee mobile app.

As of today, Friday, June 20, it has now been two full weeks, and I still have not received any resolution, update, or meaningful communication from your team or the Jollibee Gatuslao-Burgos, Bacolod branch.

On June 10, I was informed that the issue had been “escalated to the store,” yet no action has been taken. I have followed up multiple times through email and even contacted your official Facebook page, but the only response I received was this generic message:

“Hi, Kent. Upon checking, your concern was already filed with (T-280323). Rest assured that your concern was already forwarded to the team responsible, and is now doing their best to resolve the issue. Further updates and follow-ups on your concern will come from our Customer Care Team through the e-mail address that you had shared. Thank you.”

Unfortunately, this response offered no clear resolution or sign that the issue is truly being taken seriously.

Let me reiterate: I paid ₱510.43 for this order, and it was never delivered. I reported the issue on June 7, a day after the order was placed. Since then, I’ve received no action from the branch or your team, despite reasonable follow-up and patience. I even accounted for possible food prep and rider delays — but even hours later, no food, no call, no solution.

We had elderly family members waiting for dinner that evening, and because of this failure, we were forced to place a second food order via Foodpanda at around 11:00 PM just to eat. This caused significant stress, emotional frustration, and inconvenience.

I left a Google review in hopes of being noticed — not to shame your brand, but to highlight the unacceptable treatment I’ve received. Still, nothing has changed. Now, I am also leaving a review on Trustpilot to ensure that this incident is properly documented and that other consumers are aware of the branch’s failure to fulfill its responsibility to its customers.

Under Republic Act No. 7394 – The Consumer Act of the Philippines, this issue constitutes a violation of consumer rights:

Article 50 (Deceptive Sales Act or Practice): Payment was accepted without delivery.

Article 52 (Unfair or Unconscionable Sales Act): Your failure to resolve or even acknowledge the issue in a professional and timely manner shows negligence.

With that, I am formally requesting:
A full refund of ₱510.43 for the undelivered order

Appropriate compensation for the stress, inconvenience, and time wasted

A formal explanation of what happened, and what you’re doing to make sure this doesn’t happen to other customers

It should not be the customer’s job to chase you for basic support or accountability. This entire experience reflects extremely unprofessional conduct, and I sincerely hope you act with urgency moving forward.
