Following a thorough review of our systems and records, we can confirm that there is no record of any client, past or present, by the name of Robert James Price or any similar name. There is likewise no evidence of any prior communication or connection with you through our firm or professional networks.

As we have not acted for you, and there is no record of any engagement or enquiry, this review appears to have been posted in error or may otherwise be misleading. We therefore respectfully request that it be removed to prevent the dissemination of inaccurate information.

Unreliable, empty assurances, unexplainably slow

Unfortunately Jonathan Lea Network has not given me any impression of professional competence or reliability. I have been waiting a considerable period of time for a case to be completed. The company has given repeated assurances, but has failed to deliver each time, most recently ' the documents will be sent by the end of the week', and now 8 weeks later, there is still no sign of the documents, and enquiry as to their whereabouts remains unanswered for a 2nd enquiry.

We take all feedback seriously and are currently investigating the issues you have raised with our consultant solicitor, Chris Lawn. We have reached out to Chris and are awaiting his response so we can fully understand what happened and ensure this is addressed as a matter of urgency. On an initial look at your file, it seems the delay is due to the executor's lack of responsiveness, something that is largely out of our control unfortunately.

I trust this company

I have to say, my experience with the Jonathan Lea network has been great. I had 14 days to respond and Jonathan acted swiftly and efficiently, assigning my matter to the most capable and experienced solicitor. Communication has been great. I had never felt uncertain during our interactions.
