Thank you to George at Guildford and Liam advising in detail of all. We chose a nice otterman bed that was delivered a day after payment. Delivered and built up by Daz and Jake who were equally professional, polite amd speedy.
An all round quality service and product !

Last year I purchased 4 William Morris…

Last year I purchased 4 William Morris duvet sets in their sale, which I was thrilled with. Last week my Fredrick authentic Brass bed was finally delivered and I couldn’t be more thrilled and was worth the wait. The bed was made to order and hand made hence the wait.

The delivery guys were on time, friendly and efficient. I also can’t fault the customer service I received from the Worthing branch.

I bought a mattress in the sale as I like, when I can, to support a local independent business. There was a problem with it and within a short period, the mattress had been replaced with no fuss.

After sale service is so important if there's an issue and Jones and Tomlin were happy to rectify the problem.

A good local firm.

Took responsibility for delivery issue

There was a'blip' with our original bedding delivery and I was struggling to make the ParcelForce 'Redirection' work. The team took responsibility for resolving it and sent a replacement by next day delivery. They were extremely helpful and happy to help.

Super fast delivery and competitive prices

Today, I received my order for two sets of Laura Ashley curtains. They were the only retailer with a discount for new stock. To my amazement, the order arrived within a day! Well done for fabulous service! I haven't opened the packaging as the decorator hasn't finished yet. I don't anticipate any issues. I understand that unless there is a fault, once opened, they are non returnable which is more than fair. Thank you.

Do not buy from this company unless you check the terms and conditions before you buy.

I bought an expensive duvet set from this company and made the mistake of taking it out of its bag to see whether it fitted in with the decor of the room. Only after deciding that I wanted to return it did I come across the information about returns which said that it could not be returned if the seal were broken. I have bought multiple bedding of the same brand from other retailers and have never experienced this problem. Whilst there is information in the terms and conditions on the website, it would never have occurred to me that this would be an issue and nor would most people check the information about returns before inspecting the goods. A very unfair policy leaving me significantly out of pocket.

Ridiculous policy buyers beware

Ridiculous policy buyers beware. Ordered a duvet set from the online shop, seller does not make it clear at the point of buying that you cannot open the package to view the product as they don’t know how to refold it if it gets sent back! How can anyone know from a 1ft square package when over half of the pattern is covered in a label if the item will suit the room of choice? I have never had an issue refolding a duvet when it’s been bought from M&S or John Lewis. Not helpful and you have to pay to return it too. I won’t be ordering from them again and encourage others to think twice before they do.

To make sure every customer receives bedding that’s completely new and hygienic, we ask that items are returned unopened.

We recently purchased a bed from the Jones & Tomlin Horsham Branch

We recently purchased a bed from the Horsham branch and cannot thank Alex enough for his knowledge, time and patience not just on one day but three! Yes we were very indecisive, choosing the bed ended up being the easy part, choosing the material, colour and a Headboard was another story but Alex as ever was very patient and helpful and came up with a great suggestion for the Headboard. I would highly recommend visiting this branch if you are sourcing a new bed. We haven't received our bed yet so cannot comment on the finished product - just yet.

Manor Rose Balmoral…Not the best

We purchased the Manor Rose Balmoral (medium) King mattress from the Chichester branch 2 years ago and thought it was time to leave a review. The staff advised us that the medium tension mattress was ideal for our size and build and had good knowledge.

Personally for us having slept on it for 2 years the mattress isn’t the best. We suffer with back aches, lower hip discomfort, which we are putting down to the mattress. The mattress looks a little squashed at the sides, you can feel some springs and definitely feel the buttons on the mattress. I’m about 5ft 7 and weigh 11 stone, and was advised that medium was best.

The staff at this branch were helpful and polite but I would not recommend the Manor Rose Balmoral in my opinion, especially as it was over £1000

Bad service

I ordered a new mattress in April and was told I would get it in two to three weeks. I have now been told that it will not be delivered until July. No apology even though I did tell them at the time that it was urgent.

We’ve reviewed your order, placed on 30th April, and can confirm that the mattress you selected is handcrafted and typically takes 8–10 weeks to produce. We're sorry if there was any misunderstanding—unfortunately, a 2–3 week delivery timeframe isn’t possible for this particular brand.

While we didn’t receive any notes indicating that you required urgent delivery, we completely understand how frustrating delays can be. If speed was a key factor, we should have done a better job guiding you toward products with faster lead times. That’s on us, and we sincerely apologise for any miscommunication during the ordering process.

Your feedback is incredibly valuable and will help us improve how we set expectations around lead times going forward. If there's anything further we can do to assist, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Avoid this Company unless you know exactly what you want!!

Avoid this company!!!

Their returns policy is awful! I ordered some curtains as they were discounted, but then went on a 2 week holiday. (as you'll see from their reply, they make no allowance for you not even being in the country!)

The curtains don’t stop any light so need to return them, there is no returns label in the box so you have to send them an email and wait 3 days for a response. At which point they tell you that it’s been more than 15 days and to go away (as for some reason it’s unfair to other customers, work that one out ??? )

Anyway, I’ll have to try and claim a chargeback through my Amex card, and send them back anyway.

Pay the extra £10 and shop somewhere better - lesson learnt !

Have ordered a king bed online Feb 15th…

Have ordered a king bed online Feb 15th and was told 3 weeks delivery time. No contact from the company until I emailed to find out what was happening as the three weeks had passed. Told another two weeks for delivery, despite the fact online it states they have one in stock that is the same colour/fabric. Not happy as I'm sleeping on floor. Had I know the delivery time was this long I would not have ordered. Edited on 7th April. Was excited to finally get a call that the bed had finally arrived at the shop only to be told I had to wait another full week for it to be delivered to me. So be warned delivery times are not what you are told at purchase. Nope not happy .
