I cannot recommend Jordan Lynch highly enough. We recently used Jordan Lynch to port an existing mortgage and apply for increased borrowing for a house move. One applicant was self employed and one employed. Paul was fantastic throughout. Very straightforward to deal with. No fuss or drama. Mortgage approved within seven days of making the application. Paul and the team were well worth their fee and we would return to them .

Despite the property being purchased being a cladding one the persistence shown to get the banks to make an offer was very welcoming especially as they would ask for something different each week!

We used Jordan Lynch to purchase our first home after receiving a glowing recommendation from a friend. It would be an understatement to say that we did not make it easy for them. However, Paul and his team went above and beyond to get us the best possible mortgage offer which enabled us to buy our dream home.
