My first review posting in my life. The product deserves no stars. I would not purchase this item. They shipped it about 1 month after the purchase. The size of the egg is no bigger than a real egg. I could barely open the egg. Could maybe put a couple of pieces of m&ms in it. Misleading advertisement POOR POOR product. You could not even read my granddaughter’s name on the egg. I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing. If so I would have never purchased. What a waste of money. Please do not purchase.

Ordered a personalised memory plaque and it turned up without the name. I was very disappointed, I emailed to complain and the issue was resolved very fast and the correct item was sent out immediately. No complaints from me

Products ordered 6 weeks before Easter as gifts. Continually told they would arrive in time
3 of the 4 products arrived 4 days after Easter and the 4th arrived 10 days after Easter Not much use then

Don't let the attractive, personalized items fool you. This website and the guaranteed shipping time are a joke. And you may not ever see the items purchased.

I have been in contact with customer service and the AI seems to respond however I am requesting a full refund for my items.

Absolutely not a trustworthy site. They advertise “guaranteed in time for…” and when it doesn’t arrive the excuse is “due to a recent surge in orders” and that’s the only answer you’ll get from them. When they told me it hadn’t gone into production and it was a week before the event I asked for a refund and said it won’t arrive in time I was completely ignored. I received a fake “good news your order has been shipped” email with the date of event being date of arrival I held hope… until I actually tracked the order which then told me it hadn’t left the facility and would still be another 10-15 days. Don’t bother. It’s not cheap and now my expectations are very low. Disappointing!! Won’t order again. Can’t give actual review of product because I still don’t have it. I ordered a month in advance.

Wish I had read the reviews. Ordered Easter eggs 1 or 2 months ago and yes bow Good Friday and they still haven’t arrived. Obviously wished I never ordered anything from this company. Think I positively saw them on face book or Insta and I won’t be using either of those sites to but from again. What unkind people they must be to serve their customers so poorly at Easter

The large egg as shown in the photographs is not even close to the actual egg you will receive. The egg is not unattractive but the small size means it cannot be used the way it is shown in the adverts. If you are looking you an egg that will hold a cadburys crème egg ten this is for you if you want anything else inside don’t bother with this.

I ordered 3 eggs..the size is nowhere near as depicted in the pictures..it is however as per product description in the small print which i eventually located. Quality inconsistent..1 egg was good..2nd egg the 2 pieces do not fit together as they should and the name is not nicely done..the 3rd is awful..you cannot make out the bunny and initial at all. Company not prepared to take back or refund..DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

If I could rate it lower than one star I would. I placed an order weeks and weeks ago for two personalised wooden eggs and was guaranteed delivery in time for Easter.
Still don't have the product.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

Very misleading company. Ordered personalized Easter Eggs for my great children as keepsakes....Shown as being big enough to set on their dressers to put their treasures in. Wrong. They are only 5" tall. They were also meant to be their Easter baskets this year. Obviously not going to happen. Very disappointed, I will never purchase from this company again and I advise everyone else to do the same.

Avoid this company. Product does not look like what i thought i ordered. Asking for a return and refund now, but so far nothing. took weeks to arrive.

Sent me the wrong colour and the egg doesn't meet up properly in the middle. The engraving is faded and poor quality. I asked to return after they offered me 20% discount as it is not right, they said I had to pay to return as the quality is not an issue.... Errrr I think it is as wrong colour and not meeting ion the middle..... Please do not use this company as you will be disappointed and it is not cheap either. Just the quality is cheap!

Ordered a month ago with a guarantee the custom eggs would be to me by Easter. Total waste of money, wish I had checked their reviews before purchasing! Stay away from this scam of a company!

I ordered two beautiful wooden Easter eggs for my parents. Some of the impression that this was a US business it is not. It is in Hong kong. I finally reached out about 30 days later on March 26th and noticed that it had just been picked up by the shipper. So I sent them an email and said this is a concern since these were supposed to be for Easter and the date they were due to arrive was March 13th. They sent me back and said oh thank you for your email we're so excited to get these to you then they shipped them out on March 28th. I let them know that was unacceptable they said that if I would refuse the package they would give me a 70% refund. I let them know that if they gave me a hundred percent refund I would not turn them into the FTC for fraud. I turn them in

I ordered from this site and only received less than half of my order. My advice? STAY AWAY! Requests for a reasonable refund have been ignored. I am so upset!!

I purchased a personalised wooden Easter egg and it is terrible quality. The name isn’t even straight and the finish is extremely different from the photos on their website. Absolutely awful and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this business.

2 days past the "estimate" and not even ready to send out to deliver yet.
This company uses Yodel - speaks volumes.. AVOID disappointment and order elsewhere.

Buyer be ware. I purchased my granddaughter a blanket online for her birthday. I received it on time but I was very disappointed with the QUALITY of the blanket. It looks so cheap I dont want to give it to her. I wasted my money.
