What a lovely pleasurable experience to meet such a lovely helpful knowledgeable young chap. Ive been to amany smoke shops in my time and I must admit this was my favourite by far- mainly because of Reuben. I feel hes a great asset to your company and if given some rein and trust he will really put JT's on the map even more so.
