My Nardi table and chairs, which were excellent value for money from Julia Jones, arrived exactly when I was told they would, and in perfect condition. I already have some Nardi products that have been outside permanently for atleast 3 years. They still look like they did when first unboxed, and are exactly the same colour as the new ones: a real testament to the brand.

The customer service provided by Zeta was top notch. The quality of the Nardi Alfa sun loungers we purchased is superb and they are of a commercial grade that we have sat on on our holidays abroad which is what made us go for them. There is no point purchasing cheap ones as they break and you end up spending the same sort of money. We are looking forward to long sunny days with our feet up. Julia Jones were also cheaper than other outlets selling this brand. I paid the same price for a pair that I would have paid elsewhere for one! Very pleased.

It was amazing to see the product in the store and seeing the various colours and important seeing the quality after looking on line. The service was great and the organising the delivery and delivery updates were great made the whole purchase experience.

What a great shop! We made an appointment to visit and had excellent help and advice. It was worth the nearly two hour trip and we will definitely shop here again.

Delivery was as promised and we are over the moon with our riser recliner and matching kitchen worktop stools.

Zeta spent quality time explaining the specifications and differences between the furniture we were looking at. She also gave us some help and advice with our choice of decor to compliment the pattern we chose for our settee and chairs.
The choice of fabrics was very impressive.
The items were delivered as promised and the men making the delivery were very efficient and careful while assembling the suite. They gave a revision of the functions of the suite and removed all packaging.
All in all a very pleasant experience buying a major purchase. I would recommend Julia Jones to any one looking for quality furniture with a personal touch.

Flawless. Two chairs ordered - one new, one ex-display. Faultless comms throughout, and Zeta has been outstanding at addressing problems.

1. loose stitching on the arm of the new chair, sorted by emails (and a repair visit) in no time.

2. oh my god, entirely on me, disaster related to progressive failures in management of my own dogs on new chairs led to a need to replace a chair cushion cover. Again, phenomenal comms throughout, replacement cushion cover ordered / sorted.

Contrast with the local independent furniture shop, ordered a sofa at about the same time, one cushion came with a bust zip, took about two months to get any form of response and another month or two to get a fix. Faultless, I'm a big fan of Fama (hence seeking Julia Jones out), would 100% do so again.
