One of the best Service in Town. Great experience with dubai hotel. Always Recommended.

We stayed at Jumeirah Al Qasr for just over 2 weeks, service was average it is fair to say over hyped and over priced. You can get better hotels and with so much more better customer service and experience

Jumeirah Beach Hotel has something for everyone. 5 star service and the added bonus of Wild Wadi water park. Always stop over here when travelling East

I was in vacation with my parents. My experience from the Dubai hotel is average. In general, I had a good time, but the whole experience didn't live up to my expectations.

I visited a hotel in Frankfurt. Only a good impression. High level of service, spacious rooms. Especially, I'd like to mention the spa area, it’s wonderful.

Had the most incredible family holiday at the Jumeirah Beach hotel resort in Dubai. So child friendly, service was outstanding. Just all round blown away with the level of excellence.

Gym manager is rude.

We stayed at JUMEIRAH AT ETIHAD TOWERS in Abu Dhabi to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
What a beautiful hotel! The best in the area from our point of view. Location is great as well, beautiful view from any side of hotel. Rooms are very clean and bed is so comfortable. Service is absolutely amassing, all staff made our stay very special. Buffet food is the best buffet I've ever had in my life. Worth buying half board or all inclusive.
Special thanks to Miss Lidia, who assisted me with little anniversary surprises for my husband. I would definitely come back to this hotel and get all hospitality again. Thank you so much guys for such a beautiful experience.

I have visited all the Jumeirah Hotels in Dubai and I have to say that Zabeel is the best, the moment you pull up in your vehicle the valet staff were fantastic a great team and once you enter the hotel the grand reception area is amazing with the water feature the Chandeliers the decor everything is perfect, we have been to Zabeel before for meals but have never stayed there until now.

The rooms are of great size and all the amenities are there we stayed on the third floor with views of the city which I preferred in the evening watching the city light up whilst the sun was going down was superb. The bathtub is enourmous everything about the room was superb.

The Ottoman Spa is amazing very relaxing and was perfect for all the family mens and women's spa was totally separate my wife and daughter had a massage treatment and they said it was fantastic so well recommended

We had a vehicle for the full duration whilst I was in Dubai so for me driving on and off the palm was inexpensive but if you have to take a taxi every time you go out which is essential the costs can mount up the hotel offers free buses to the malls, but I have always had a 4x4 and its great to get around and explore Dubai and get lost and lost and lost but eventually you will get used to the roads, I love driving in Dubai.

All the restaurants at the hotel are superb we dined in all the restaurants and for a quick snack or afternoon tea Sultans Lounge based in the reception area is perfect,

The pool outside is fantastic but the lifeguards don't let you have a ball in the water which I think is not right there were plenty of young children and even adults who like to throw a ball around in the pool and many were told this is not allowed, which I felt was wrong as all other Jumeirah Hotels are fine with it.

To conclude I will always book at the Zabeel when I was checking out a manager came out to see how we enjoyed our stay all was perfect apart from that they forgot to acknowledge our anniversary which I did highlight to reception but nothing happened, I did not let this affect our stay and the manager reassured me when I return again he will look after us once we return again - so see you August 8th 2017
