I don't like giving bad reviews before speaking with company first, however I filled in review on their website and they never got back to me. I am still unexperienced enough, so emailed them for advise and no one got back to me.
1. Arrived a day late even if I paid for next day delivery
2. Too many bubbles, I've ruined many coasters as couldn't get rid of milky bubbles, some got too yellow just because I used torch too much. Really hard to work with.
3. I've bought heat resistant resin for top coatting of my coasters (3mm at least) and even after 3 weeks if I place hot cup (under 90 degrees) it leaves a ring.
4. Scratch easily.
Positives
It's nice and shinny when cured.
Loved their colour pigment was easy to work with and colour looks stuning. I would definitely buy colours, pigments and glitter.

Hi Zivile, we are so sorry you didn’t get a response. I have checked our emails and cannot find the email unfortunately, so I am sorry this was missed. If you let me know when it was sent and I can look into this. If you contact us again, we will be happy to help with the issues you experienced with the resin. This can be due to mixing too vigorously which causes more bubbles. The yellowing you saw will have been due to holding the torch in one place for too long which can burn the resin surface. We can also give you some advice on the best temperature to cure the resin and depth to pour. If you pop us an email, I will be happy to help further.
