Can't fault the service. We ordered an exercise bike and it came the next day.

Fantastic! I bought an elliptical trainer and I’ve found it works wonderfully and I love the different settings/levels you can use. There are lots of options you can select from. A great workout. The delivery team were highly professional and helpful. Staff on the phone have been great and all questions answered. It’s aesthetically pleasing in a room, which helps! Would definitely recommend. Love it.

We love our new treadmill which came into our house around 2 weeks ago. Three family members are using it on a daily basis. Just fitness went above and beyond to deliver it to us quickly. Worst customer experience ever! Waited over a week for Ance to come and fix my crosstrainer. It broke again after 15min of use. Asked them to come back and fix it. They said they are busy and "maybe" they can do it in the next fortnight. They won't give me a date. The service manager Mandy won't return my call. Unless you are a big gym paying thousands they don't care about small jobs! Well I wish they just outright told me that before they decided to take on the job! Thinking to go to ombursment now. They owe me a fixed cross trainer after I've paid, yet they're not even answering my call!
