I use click and collect and staff are very knowledgeable and polite.
I did have a item that wasn't in stock when I went to collect and it was sent out next day for me and mist apologetic, speaks volumes how a company deals with errors that are bound to happen now and then.

The plastic shims are exactly what I needed to protect my outdoor furniture legs from the rain. They are smooth and very solid.

I ordered a vice and found that the part of the vice that fixes to a table is missing. I checked the item description and this part was included on the Just the Job website. Despite emailing several times, I have had no response.

Just what I needed to stop my little dog from getting out. 😁👍

After ordering a product via their website, I waited 10 days but no sign of delivery, so I emailed the company to find out what was happening. After two days no one replied to my email, so I rung the company, and managed to speak to someone who told me the products must have been lost in transit !
So I said fair enough, can I re-order please ? Five days later and I'd still heard nothing, not even an email confirmation ! So I called them again and this time I was told that the guy who processes the orders was away on holiday "so it would appear that in his absence no one else was doing his job"
I gave up at this point and asked for a refund, which I'm still wating for !
From my personal experience, my advice would be avoid this company at all costs, It does not appear to be professionally run.

I can not in all honesty recommend this company. I ordered and paid for some 16mm road pins but was sent 12mm instead. I sent an email asking for these to be collected and the correct goods to be sent but they so far after over a week have not acknowledged my request. Robin

Ordered 12 items received 11. Contacted their sales team twice asking them to rectify the issue but received no response. However, subsequently their Office Manager called me and quickly and efficiently put things right. Often it's when things go wrong that a company proves their mettle and that was the case here. Would recommend.

Ordered utility knives they then sent cheep plastic knives that were nothing like the ones I required, then completely ignored my emails.
