Never got item,poor communication.
Ordered product, it did not arrive in the time frame given by just the job supplies, tried to contact them by email , didn't get a response but did get a refund out of the blue with no explanation as to what went wrong or even an offer to resend product, will never use again as do not trust their service.

One of the best online suppliers i've ever used!
Sourced all my durapost fencing materials for a home diy project, several orders October-November as they 1) stock almost the whole range 2) next day delivery a bargain £16.99 which included up to 3m long pieces, often costing up £50 elsewhere 3) great phone support, had good product knowledge, knew what they were talking about 4) easy ordering, could cancel, change or add to order after placing efficiently without being passed around or go through press 1 for this, 2 for that.etc.
