Service
You do what it says on the tin. You supply a quality product, on time and of good value.
You did advise you were going to supply 2 months of supply rather than one but no changes were made. Communication!

Dear David,
Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re pleased to hear you’re happy with the product quality, value, and timely delivery.
We apologise for the confusion caused. To clarify, your order is on our Subscribe & Save for a 2-month supply (120 capsules). However, on this occasion, you were charged for and received a 30-day supply only, which is not as intended.
We are currently reviewing this and have reached out to you directly via email to resolve the matter promptly. Please feel free to contact us at any time if you have further questions or need additional clarification.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
