How is this company still in business?
Very poor quality products and dreadful customer service. Just look at all the reviews!

Customer service is absolutely disgusting. Very rude and unwilling to help sort out a TV I had bought and wasn't working. Tried several times to contact them about it and was told they will not respond to me again.....I will never purchase from jvc again.

Very bad experience. I called customer services to get rid of option menu from the bottom of my screen which their technician can’t help me with after taking 45 mins

I bought a 32in android tv. It doesn't kike to respond to the remote. Although once turned on, its better if you turn it off and on again with the remote. I found out that these are made by curries under licence from jvc which is probably why they are rubbish and cheap. If jvc respect their name they should remove the licence from Currys. At curry's you obviously get what you pay for. Which is poor quality and terrible after service. They rely on you to keep paying for protection against problems. Wont be using them anymore, enough is enough

JVC fire 43in rubbish after just one year keeps going black and no sound or pictures found out this is a common fault with this TV Currys won't fix it cus it's one month over the one year warranty avoid like the plague

I've bought smart TV JVC 32"LT - 32CR230 at Currys. That's the biggest disaster and useless product I've ever seen in my entire life! I'm deadly serious and sure about it. To setup and start to "enjoy" your tv you have to put your email address and then receive some code to activate your roku account. The point is no one of my two addresses worked so I couldn't go even further with the settings. When I've contacted Currys advisor he've had a brilliant one solution for me ! Take the tv back to the store, it can't be fixed because its JVC and its very often issue! How crap is that ?!

J'ai acheter des écouteurs filaires semi intra-auriculaire il y 6mois, ils étaient très bien mais 3 mois plus tard, l'écouteur droit se mit à ne plus émettre beaucoup de son, je me suis dis qu'un problème du genre pouvais arrivé. Du coup j'en ai racheté d'autre, toujours filaires semi intra-auriculaire mais d'un autre modèle, 3 mois plus tard, donc aujourd'hui, l'écouteur droit a eu exactement le même problème que la fois précédente. Je n'ai jamais vu une telle obsolescence programmé. Quand on achète des écouteurs c'est pas un abonnement, on les rachètes pas tout les 3 mois. Ce sont des voleurs.

Worst tv we’ve ever had! It constantly freezes, crashes and randomly takes you back to the Home Screen. Replacing asap as it takes 10 minutes just to get something to play.

TV broken after three years. I would not buy a TV from JVC. Similar to other reviews product is unusable now. I had similar issues to the last review previously which somehow I resolved. But now, after recently changing WiFi router it will not reconnect. I've tried everything including LAN cable and full reset. No logical reason. I have a background in electronics, the quality of the TV and connections are poor.

Would NEVER buy a JVC T.V. again, RUBBISH T.V.s slow, remote doesn't work half the time, voice control is RUBBISH... Stay well clear of any JVC T.V.s

Absolute biggest pile of crap I've ever bought. Should have taken it back the same week we bought it but decided to see if it was a fluke failure. No this TV crashes regularly and I might aswel put a mains switch on the front the amount of times I have to get up and unplug it to reset it. Please do not buy. Doo not buy.

I’m a big fan of the JVC headphones models and believe they are the best in the market. Most models are exclusive in Japan and they hit the deep Bass levels that Sony and apple have not been able to match in any of there models.

Avoid at all costs. TV was fine when I got it about 3yrs ago and now automatically turns itself off and I've done everything to make sure it doesn't happen like checking and moving the socket, changing the batteries and nothing, doesn't even stay on after about 5mins. This only happened recently and luckily I have a smaller Samsung TV to fall back on till I can get a new one. Just avoid this company at all costs.

I have had to put up with a JVC Fire TV for 3 years as I can't afford to buy another TV. It is terrible! The newer ones may be better but I will never buy another. It takes an age to find listings,or go to your chosen channel. Sometimes when you turn it on from standby it doesn't actually show a picture and you have to turn it on and off at the socket to reboot the thing. If you like waiting for things you'll love this TV as you always have to wait or reboot this. Really really frustrating. Can't wait to get rid of it!

I bought a JVC 50in TV just under 3 years ago and a few weeks ago lines started appearing across the screen.. they then got worse... and now when i switch teh TV on it needs 20 minutes to warm up to get a picture..... shocking from what was one of the most reliable electronics manufacturers !!!!!!! wont buy JVC ever again !!!!!!!

I bought this JVC 58 inch tv less than 3 years ago. It started to have occasional light horizontal lines and sometimes flickering picture even after having replaced my ariel. The sound is muffled from the start. The picture is reasonably good and easy to operate. I am totally disappointed with its quality and reliability lasting less than 3 years. I honestly cannot recommend anyone to buy it and avoid JVC tv with a barge pole.

I bought a JVC 58 inch TV online advice to my son to buy the same TV both within a year and a half same thing happened lines at the bottom got worse and worse to the lines halfway through the screen both TVs doing the same thing same TV tell me they didn't know it sure they did that's why the TV was $300 you should still let the customers know I will never buy a JVC TV again ever supposed to be a good brand rip off

What's going on ? After reading all the negative reviews, maybe I am lucky.
I bought a 32 ins JVC Roko model, and found it very easy to setup. Yes, the sound is a bit tinny, but at £139 for all the features, it's a bargain.

JVC TV. Don’t waste your money. This is the worst TV I have ever purchased. Horrendous. This TV is so bad. Just wish I had checked this out more carefully.
