Cooker delivery and fitting

The three young lads that delivered and fitted the appliance were excellent. All very helpful. A job well done, many thanks to Brad Isaac and Jamie.

What a fab team! Jamie Brad and Isaac

Cannot thank Brad, Isaac and Jamie enough for what they've done today. My mum is in her 80's. She has had 5 faulty cookers delivered since October. Today the team came with cooker number 6. (Please note Kaboodle were not in any way responsible for the other cookers). The team took their time, solved an electrical issue and ensured everything was working for mum before they left.They were neat, caring and professional. Thank you doesn't even cover it!

Perfect Installation

Everything about this installation works. The tracking on the day gives you an estimate of arrival and the engineers also call 1-2 hours before arriving. Joe and Jamie were incredibly professional, polite and very hard working. Very impressed. Thank you.

Great installation.

Jason W and Lewis F installed our new dishwasher this morning. They rang an hour ahead to let us know when they were arriving. Both lads were very polite and professional. They had a good knowledge of the product, problem solved when they arose, were tudy workers and finished the job in a timely manner. Thank you to them both for a job well done.

Dom and Rob were great! Unfortunately they were unable to install the cooker and had to take it away again but they explained the options clearly.

Joe and Jamie

Joe and Jamie delivered an appliance earlier today. They rang an hour earlier to allow for preparation, and checked the new appliance for any damage before leaving. They were both incredibly friendly and made the process seamless! Thanks both

Great service and advice

Both the technicans (Joe and Jamie) that came to install the oven were very helpful, friendly and thoughtful. They suggested alternatives in relation to alignment of oven due to misalignment of adjoining cupboards.

Hopeless company

Hopeless company! Was told that they will deliver and reconnect my new cooker. Needed to fill in a questionnaire and because I don’t have an isolation switch for the cooker in my kitchen they refused the delivery and installation. Need to find now my own electrician… Nobody tells you in advance that they might not deliver

I had Joe & Jamie

I had Joe & Jamie. Installing my new washer dryer. Could not be more efficient and knowledgeable. Had towel ready for leaking water. Absolutely no water spillage. Shaved some off my kick board to fit the washing machine. No bother to them at all. Absolutely the easiest cleanest quickest washing machine installation ever. if only all installation men were like these two and this company. Cheers Guys.

Not an Installation Service—A Demolition of Customer Expectations

I purchased an AEG microwave on the understanding that Kaboodle, as AEG/Electrolux's designated installation partner, would provide professional installation.

What I received was an object lesson in how a premium brand's service promise can collapse at the point of delivery.

The installer arrived, assessed the situation, and promptly declared the job impossible—the microwave didn't fit. Fair enough; these things happen. What is **not** acceptable is what followed.

Rather than exercise even basic professional care, he shoved my old, non-functioning microwave back into place with all the finesse of someone dumping rubbish in a skip. The unit now sits crooked and conspicuously out of alignment in what was previously a well-maintained kitchen. His parting advice? "Get a kitchen fitter"—delivered with the dismissive air of someone who'd already mentally clocked off, punctuated by the charming observation that "I'm not getting paid now."

Let me be clear about what AEG's chosen installation partner has left me with:

**A non-working microwave**, crudely reinstalled and now an eyesore in my kitchen—a visible daily reminder of this debacle.

**A brand-new AEG microwave in a box**, which I now have the pleasure of arranging installation for myself, despite installation being part of the purchase proposition.

I chose AEG precisely because I expected a certain standard—not just in the product, but in the entire customer experience. Instead, the company you've entrusted with your installation service has delivered something so perfunctory and careless that it has actively created more problems than it solved. The installer's conduct suggested he viewed customer satisfaction as an optional extra rather than a baseline professional standard.

When you buy a premium appliance, you reasonably expect that the associated services will reflect that positioning. Kaboodle's performance falls so far short of this expectation that it actively damages AEG's brand in the customer's eyes. When things go wrong—and they will occasionally—you want partners who solve problems rather than ones who walk away leaving customers worse off than when they arrived.

This is not the standard I expected from an AEG purchase, and I would urge the company to reconsider whether Kaboodle represents the quality of service your brand deserves to be associated with.

Joe and Jamie were fabulous

Joe and Jamie were professional, efficient and really quick fitting my freezer. They also put up with a very barky cockapoo too which should give them an extra star!

Above and beyond

Joe and Jamie tried extra hard to make sure that my kitchen cupboards aligned after my Miele installation. It went above and beyond and I’m very happy with the result and grateful to them.

Smooth hob installation

Joe and Jamie did a great job installing my hob. Great communication from them on day of delivery and no fuss installation and removal. When there was an issue with how the hob was sitting they immediately came back to try and resolve (it was an issue with the product itself and not their work). I'd highly recommend them for an efficient and friendly service.
