I am gradually settling in my new home and in many ways I cannot believe my previous house is no longer my home. I know already I feel happy in the flat and that it was a correct decision to move.
But of course I feel this would not have happened if I had not had you and your Company to purchase the flat from and sell my home. Without exception, you and your staff have been fully supportive in both purchase and sale. Always there to answer / clarify any concerns I had throughout the process. I admit I found it difficult doing things on my own, and you eased the worries. Throughout the process I cannot commend and praise your Company highly enough. (Though I have no intentions of needing you again I feel I shall be contented to reside where I am for a long time!!) Please convey my sincere thanks to all your staff.

We have lived in our current house for 36 years. When we made the decision to move house but remain within Southport we had no hesitation in choosing Karen to sell our house.
Karen is well established in Southport and when you drive around you see plenty of her "For Sale" signs outside peoples houses, the majority of them showing "SOLD".

As a property developer I have either bought or sold with most estate agents in the town. I found the most trustworthy agent to be Karen Potter and her team, whether buying or selling.
I was disillusioned when selling one property, other agents would value it at an unattainable price, to secure the contract, then reduce the asking price at a later date, wasting all of our time. My advice would not to be taken in by other agents promising the earth!
Over many dealings, KP have offered excellent advice to make my ‘realistic and attainable’ valuations when selling - with the added bonus of free advice in presenting and making the property appealing to buyers
I seriously wouldn’t sell via any other agent- professionalisms is priceless!
I have also bought several properties via KP, and found them to be honest and trustworthy throughout all negotiations. Nothing is more upsetting than agreeing a price only to be gazumped at the last minute bu an unqualified buyer. This has never happened to me with any property that I have bought via KP estate agents.

I would like to thank all the team at Karen Potter for their outstanding customer service from start to finish. They understand the importance of keeping communication open and when a phone call is more appropriate than texts or emails. Whenever I called the office a member of staff answered and I was never put on hold or had to go through various options to get the right department. I know that selling a house and moving is stressful and at times it has been overwhelming and emotionally and physically exhausting. All the staff have shown empathy and understanding. They have supported and guided me through the process with their invaluable advice and professionalism. There are many estate agents out there but it's about finding one you can trust. I was selling a house and some of the employees seemed ok and always courteous but they are the only estate agent I know that doesn't like to deal with the solicitors until we pressed them.
We were left for 3 weeks until we asked them to call the solicitors to see if the searches had been applied for and they hadn't so it put the sale back 3 weeks. It was then a very painful 3 weeks again to wait for them. Our solicitor said companies now offer to do searches in a week or so.

Very frustrating process which shouldn't of been as it was a very easy sale and the property was empty with no mortgage on.

Went in to Karen Potter Estate Agents as a buyer. I was greeted by a very condescending sales representative and was then escorted to the door before i had finished asking questions about the property. I felt that the sales agent thought i was a time-waster, even though I went on the offer on a property. I have worked with various estate agencies in the past and have never been treated like this by any of them. In my opinion they do not treat you with any respect.
