I have been using Karmic products for about six months now. Im on my second bottle of moonlight and sunlight serums. I have added pot of gold, sleepytime gelly and clean as a whistle to my routines. My skin has always been good but at nearly 69 I had developed quite a few patches of sun damage. I realy feel the dark patches have lightened. My skin looks great and I am happy to go to the gym with out makeup.
My only niggle with the product is the internal plastic lids on the cleansers and sleepytime gelly they are really difficult to remove. I`m not sure if leaving them off would effect the quality of the product.
I am looking forward to Karmic adding a body oil.
Customer services are really helpful and proactive too.

I bought the day and night serums, which are great. My skin is smoother and more luminous with consistent use and they combine with my other skin care products. I also found the customer service to be attentive when I needed to use it. A little goes a long way with these products, so worth paying a bit more for them.

Absolutely love this brand. If you want your skin to look and feel fabulous Try this brand. I started using this when it was bought as a present and now it’s my go to. Might seem a bit expensive but your skin is priceless. I love it. You might as well. Give it a try

Had issues with delivery company for first order. Karmic were wonderful in their response even although it was the delivery company at fault. The products are really lovely and feel very luxurious.

The oils for both day and night are exceptional - they def improve my skin texture , suppleness , youthfulness - they smell divine too

Would highly recommend this company’s products. I have bought a number of their skin and hair care, just because I’ve been curious about Ayurvedic products for a while now. The active ingredients are natural and recognisable and have not caused my skin any issues so far. My skin appears smoother and more balanced. I also had an issue with a bottle of product sent to me under-filled. Laila contacted me and sorted it right out, so can’t fault the customer service! I hope that the results will get better and better with time. Only 4 stars because I’m not sure about the efficacy of the shampoo and conditioner bars, yet…

I've been using Karmic Skin's products for over 2 years and definitely wouldn't go back to using anything else on my face! I use both the serums, Sleepytime Gelly and Richie Rich Rich moisturiser. My skin looks and feels great! Plus the customer service is impeccable always!

Love karmic products and the customer service I received with any queries. Fast efficient and friendly.
Karmic skin care company are a great experience and have the most beautiful products that really work and last so long .iv even taken to using my face jell on my body just so I can use and order again .

I am happy with the products however i have an issue with my recent cream i have bought, as this looks different to the one i have bought previously. But the customer service is non-existent. I have contacted them through their email address, website and even on Instagram posts as I cannot message them on their Instagram account either. Also tried Facebook. Very surprised by this level of service even after weeks of trying but no contact still.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
As per their returns policy, if a product does not agree with your skin, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to get a refund.
We have sent them countless emails which they have ignored.
I have messaged them on Instagram and then commented on their posts - they have now blocked my Instagram and most likely deleted the comments.
An absolute scam of a company. I hope their companies fails and goes into debt.

I have been using Karmic now for a good while, I have to say that I no longer use creams as they seem to clog my pores as I get older, the oil suits my skin perfectly, it absorbs very easily and gives me a noticeable glow to my skin, I simply adore this product, please don't ever change it.

I've been using Karmic face oil for a few months now. It is a beautiful oil and my face is now glowing. I'm really impressed with the oil and one bottle is long lasting. I'm converted and really recommend this oil.

I am not happy with the customer service. I have been trying to reach them to send a product back (Pot of Gold) since it dries my skin when cleaning. I have also reached them in Instagram, and still waiting for an answer. Do I need to think that the 30days refund policy is misleading??? Very disappointing the whole experience. I also bought on the same order Sleepytime Gelly and while I will keep it, I doubt I will buy it again.

I ordered products however when the parcel arrived, the packaging was damaged and there were no products. I emailed Karmic and they sent another parcel, which was received the following day. They were amazing. Thank you

I’ve used their Sunlight Serum and Moonlight Serum facial oils several times, but I won’t be purchasing anything from them again. The oils have an overpowering fragrance, feel far too greasy and sticky, and simply sit on the skin rather than being absorbed.

After using Karmic Skin products, I developed a painful rash and experienced intense itching. It’s also disappointing to read comments from other customers who have either never received a refund or are still waiting for any response from this company.

I agree that this company is quick to respond and friendly on social media when dealing with potential or first-time customers. However, if someone is dissatisfied with their product, requests a refund, or raises a complaint, they appear to ignore messages and fail to respond at all.

This is not how any company should treat its customers, particularly one that is still relatively small and not widely established. I find it completely unacceptable.

I also have concerns about the company’s transparency. I haven’t been able to find a physical business address, telephone number, or customer service email address—only social media accounts. Although the company presents itself as being UK-based, it appears to operate from India. It’s also unclear where the products are manufactured or where the ingredients are sourced.

Ultimately, it’s up to each individual to decide whether these products are right for them. As for me, it’s a definite NO.

I contacted the company to start the refund process as the fragrance is too strong for my sensitive skin. Unfortunately after contacting on FB and writing to them, I’m yet to receive any response.

I bought some products (day and night oils) which are excellent. I decided to try some other products. I misread the manufactured dates and emailed to ask about the freshness of the products. I received a detailed, considered reply which more than addressed all of my concerns. All in all excellent products and excellent service.

The Sun Oil is light and actually makes the skin smooth, fades the spots. The result was evident within a few days.
