Expensive and no care given to issues
Three visits on our recent holiday as kids love karting but each one brought its own dissapointment. Staff in the upstairs cafe simply cannot be bothered, left feeling like your inconveniencing them with any request. First track time the girlfriends kart had no power, she was advised to get into a junior kart or leave the course. Not exactly how you'd hope to be treated. Second visit and one of the kids karts had a power issue that meant she could only go round at walking speed, she was just left to go round while everyone else raced. Third visit and again, one of our group had kart troubles, he drove into the pit and demanded a second kart. When you only get 12 laps these things are really important and staff simply don't care. Staff on the track spent most of their time on phones and only moved when someone crashed. Could be such a great experience if care was given to the numerous issues but all it feels like is churning through each set of track times to move into the next, regardless of issues. Decided we won't be back on our next visit.
