I have been buying from Kate's clothing for about 10 years, and i have no hesitation recommending as they tick the normal boxes for quick delivery, good service and high quality items.
But whats sets them apart from the rest, and the main reason i continue to be a shopper after all these years, is the range of clothing they do.
There is something for everyone, no matter what age or size. They move with the times, and whereas i used to buy full length pvc coats, i now buy corporate floaty shirts and pencil dresses from them. It feels like they cater for a timeline, not just whats hot right now. Their necessary evil range is the best i have found for fit, quality and price. Keep up the awesome stuff!

Kate's Clothing are my favourite online alternative clothing store by miles. Awesome products, regularly updated, a fantastic website, loads of promotions for email subscribers and their reverse auctions - which are epic! Those rare timed when I have had a problem or query their customer service is awesome, the team fall over themselves to help you. Perfection.

My favourite part about this company? Everything! The service is fantastic and the clothes even more so. I find anything I want everytime without any issues. (Except for the moths in my wallet when I see something I REALLY need right now and I can't wait because I have Gothic needs)

The rewards scheme is so good, I love being able to save up points and then use them against the price of something. PLEASE DO NOT STOP THIS FEATURE!!!

I can't falter this company at all, everytime I've used it they have delivered amazing service, I wish I could have the pleasure to work there seems like such a fun place to be. :)

I've ordered with Kate's Clothing many times & found their customer service to be faultless. Orders often arrive faster than expected and they do free returns labels which isn't always the case with more niche/alternative fashion brands so you can't really go wrong - you aren't out of pocket if you take a risk on something you aren't sure of. Take the risk! I find their prices fairly reflect the quality of the different brands they stock, their sales are amazing (deffo sign up to the newsletter) and they have a loyalty reward system which is also unusual for alt brands (but very welcome)!

Bought two pairs of New Rock Boots totalling £413 in a UK size 6(39), received two pairs of boots in a size 7(40). Provided returns labels were not accepted at my main post office due to the size exceeding the permitted size for that particular business returns service. Having spent £11 on a taxi to my post office as the boots weighed over 9KG total I phoned Kate's Clothing that instant to explain what had happened and was assured that taxi costs and using an alternative returns service would be fully reimbursed so I proceeded to take a taxi back home costing a further £11. I then organised a courier costing £20.26 and got yet another taxi to the couriers office. After submitting the taxi receipts and courier receipts Kate's Clothing refused to reimburse the taxi costs even though they faithfully said they would. They never respond to emails I had to repeatedly phone them and when i did get them on the phone they fobbed me off with we will call you back which they never did. This is my first and last order with this company, just an exercise in utter futility. All this stress and extra costs for there mistake. If you look at the New Rock Website from which I have bought on several occasions the size guide clearly states that a 39 is a UK 6 and a 40 is a UK 7. How Kate's Clothing took it upon themselves to basically change the sizes of there own backs is beyond me. Utter incompetence I'm sorry to say and liars. Would not recommend this site utterly untrustworthy.

In response- If I were able to upload pictures to accompany this review then I would upload the two pictures of my separately packaged labelled returns to your store and the very fact that you have lied yet again by stating that I sent both pairs of boots stuck together is ludicrous, I would also upload the size chart from Newrock which clearly states as already mentioned a size 39 is a UK 6 and a size 40 is a UK 7. What an incredibly untrustworthy bunch of liars you truly are. You lie about getting back to people on the phone, you lied about how I sent back my packages and you lied about covering the costs of the transport I had to take because of your mistake due to the weight involved in the packages 9kg+. Also you did not have on the listing for the Purple Skull Boots that a size 6 was a 40 all you have on that listing is size 5, 6 or 7 so yet another lie. The true test of a company is when something goes wrong and you have failed miserably in this instance!

I've been using Kate's clothing for years now and they've never let me down. Great customer service on the rare times I've had to speak to them and always speedy delivery. Refreshing when a company starts good and stays that way.

I have bought items from Kate's Clothing numerous times, and they have provided an excellent service every time! Items always arrive promptly, in excellent condition, and are always decent quality for a reasonable price. Absolutely faultless, and would recommend every time.

Have had a few orders from Kate's, and they come highly recommended. Customer service, delivery and options are of a consistent high standard. Just wish some brands did more plus-size, but this is not Kate's Clothing's fault! Don't hesitate to use them.

I've ordered a few times from Kate's clothing now, the range of clothes is amazing and at good prices. They are more than happy to provide advice over email and have responded quickly to queries. With hassle free returns and such personal service I would definitely recommend using this website to anyone looking for something a bit different.

I've ordered from Kate's Clothing a couple of times now and been impressed. They have a great range, including the biggest plus size range of alternative clothing that I've found (although beware the sizing as it varies), at reasonable prices, their customer service is second to none and the delivery is quick and efficient.

I love Kate's Clothing as they offer a good range of plus sizes and have a huge range of accessories etc at competitive prices. Their reverse auctions are a fab way of picking up bargains as well.
