Still waiting for Bag refund
I was having meals from Kcal last 3 months , after collecting the delivery bag last 10 days ago I’m still waiting for the refund of 200 aed. After calling and contacting them on WhatsApp they are promising to transfer deposit once they collect bunch of people to do it in one go. If it was not so irritating it will be funny. I don’t recommend this company, not professional at all

I ordered a product online and waited for ages for dispatch. Emailed them 3 times No response!!
Eventually got my credit card involved to get my refund.
