I have been working with KCJ for past four years with KCJ really happy with them

I've had a very difficult experience with KCJ Landscaping LLC, which has shown both dishonesty and lack of skill. Despite paying almost the full price for work that was never finished properly, they are now asking for more money to fix their own mistakes. Here's a summary of the problems I've faced:

Waste Left Behind: They refused to remove the waste they left on my property, showing no respect for my space or the environment.

Too Bright Lights: Despite my specific request for soft lighting, they installed lights that are too bright and now want extra payment to fix this mistake.

Broken Water Chiller: The water chiller, meant to be a key part of my outdoor setup, leaks water every time I use it. It's now completely broken, causing stress and additional costs.
Faulty Automatic Lighting: The automatic lighting system doesn't turn on when it's supposed to, adding to the poor service.

Poor Installation of Water Chiller: I have to use the water chiller in manual mode because the automatic setting doesn't work, showing they can't deliver what was promised.

Cement Stains on Walls: They were careless and left cement stains on my walls, showing a lack of professionalism.

Broken Cleaning System: The pool cleaning system doesn't work, leaving my pool in a terrible condition.

Hidden Fees: They've added extra charges for work that should have been included, showing dishonesty in their business practices.

Because of their negligence and greed, I now have to look for other professionals to fix these issues, which will cost me more money. Their refusal to take responsibility for the mess they've created and their boldness in asking for more money is unacceptable.

Answer of the company :

There is no pipeline leakage in heat and chiller there is drain water coming same like AC.

For them, this water issue coming from the water chiller is totaly normal and i have to get used to it. If i put on the waterchiller for hot or cold water, i have to expect this water coming from all this side.
