Sold my house through Keenans Bury - what a brilliant service, Simon was excellent from valuation to viewings and secured asking price offers right from the off. The viewings were arranged in bulk to limit disruption to us. The communication from Abi C was superb throughout negotiations right through to completion - could not fault Keenans and would not hesitate to recommend. The overall experience of Keenans Estate Agent was very positive from the valuation right through to the end. Ella Walmsley from the sale progression team was exemplary throughout. Her communication from the beginning was outstanding and she had our best interests at every turn. Things did get quite stressful towards the end as they do in a house sale however Ella handled the process beautifully and kept everything moving through the chain. Had good communication with Keenan’s who were working for the sellers of the property was buying. The only thing I would suggest would be a nice gesture to someone who is spending a lot of money would be a welcome gift to new home think this would be a lovely finishing touch.

She kept us fully informed at every stage, promptly passed on updates from both solicitors, and made sure we always knew where things stood. Her communication has been reliable, proactive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish.

Both bought and sold a home with Keenan’s using the Clitheroe branch. faultless from start to finish, Richard dealt with both properties and nothing was too much - extremely knowledgable and accommodating for viewings and property information.
Communication was amazing, none of this being put on hold or ‘I’ll call you back’ they had answers straight away, Jonathan was extremely helpful especially when it came to solicitors and information, he spoke at a level we understood rather than confusing legal jargon, also helped push things along when the chain slowed by being a key contract for other parties.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE from start to finish. I listed my house for sale with Keenans (Accrington) and successfully sold it within a few weeks, having been on sale with another local agent prior who were not working to sell it at all.

From Sam, Kain and Miana in the Sales Dept to Kieran in the Progression Dept, all the staff have been AMAZING when dealing with phone calls, paperwork and chasing solicitors/buyers on my behalf.

An EXCELLENT estate agent with great staff who are extremely professional, on track with everything, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Just perfect!

A special mention to 'Kieran' (in Sales Progression). He deserves a 'medal' for all his hard work! My sale wasn't straight forward, but Kieran worked so hard with everything and enabled the sale to be completed in time. He is superb in his role (a credit to Keenans) and deserves to be voted their 'Employee of the year'.

Ella in Sales Progression - Professional, patient & friendly.

I have recently completed a house purchase that Keenans were selling. The whole process took around 9 months and had a lot of ups and downs due to challenges with the sellers’ side.

However, the process was made much easier by the incredible support from Kieran at Keenan’s. He was under no obligation to communicate with us directly (with us being the buyer) but always went above and beyond to ensure we were kept up to date with proceedings. His manner is lovely and he was always very keen to help. Anyone who has him on their side is lucky.

Highly recommend! Just recently sold my house and I honestly can’t thank Madison and the rest of the team for all their hard work for completing the sale of my house.

I used Keenan’s to market and sell a property for me. Nikki, my sells progressor was particularly great. When ever I phoned the office, my calls were always promptly answered and if Nikki wasn’t immediately available, my calls would always be returned.
